Mr. Amarnath from SNE Travel came as a God sent angel. For health reasons I could not travel to a very important event of my client in Udaipur. I was worried who will take care of the arrival, checkin, comfort and the session by the VIP speaker that was provided by me. The way Mr. Amarnath took care of everything right from the landing of the VIP speaker at airport + Ground transportation + Hotel checkin + Food and his return to the airport after the talk. Personalised service and every request of mine was accommodated.The trip was a great value for money and the service received from each member of the team we interacted with was second to none. The driver who made sure we were safe and comfortable in each city, the perfectly selected tour guides and Mr Hitesh who always promptly responded to our texts and queries, irrespective of time of day. This personalised service was appreciated, especially as we didn't always have connectivity. The highlight of the trip was dinner at Chawki Dhani - an absolute must for anyone visiting Jaipur. A really lovely holiday with S&E and Mr Hitesh Khandelwal and I highly recommend this team to anyone travelling to India.

We booked a Kerala package in August 2023 with SNE based upon reviews and we had no regrets. Hitesh Khandelwal was assigned to take care of us and he did it remarkably well. He was available 24x7, even late on a Sunday night! He made all our bookings including our journey to and from Kochi. We were picked up promptly from Kochi, all hotels were excellent, we had the houseboat in Allepy all to ourselves, couldn't have asked for more. If anything at all, it was the local driver of our car who was trying to make do with short cuts, when I talked to Hitesh, he immediately got in touch with the driver to sort him out. God's own country made heavenly by Hitesh of SNE Thank you Hitesh.
