Hats off to State Holidays Travel Agency.It was an excellent trip to Kashmir with my family and I never expected that the hospitality will be so good. The Manager Mr. Faisal and his assistant Jimmy bhai were tremonderous and their arrangements like hotel,boat house,transport,sight seeing,food,etc were amazing. I like to thank Mr.Mehraaj the driver of the cab especially for his co- operation. In total I finally thank State Holidays for the well organised,joyful and unforgettable trip to Kashmir.

Thanks a lot to Mr. Mummy asraf for arranging our tour to Srinagar,gulmarg,pehlgam .stay at gulmarg was great .the rooms had a valley view .cab driver Mr. Akib driving skills was great. He had a good interaction with us through out the journey starting from picking from the airport and droping us back in the airport. Overall it was a great experience with unforgettable memories to cherish for years.

Last week, we done a Kashmir trip 6 days and 5 nights via State Holidays.The trip was planned very well as per my customized request. The travel planner "Jimmy Ashraf" was very professional & assured that everything was in place on time. We both Enjoyed the Overall trip. All Hotels and sight seen given Where Excellent, Service Was Excellent, Driver "Akhib" was very nice,decent,helpful and Cooperative guy. Kashmir is beautiful and Its people are very welcoming. Enjoyed my trips to gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Shikra and Gandola Ride. We done a kashmir trip 6days and 5 nights via State Holidays in Nov 2017.

State Holidays was suggested by a colleague from my office who had done the kashmir trip with them last year.
Initially I was skeptical, as I never heard of this tour operator.But after speaking to Mr.Jimmy from state holidays, I was convinced.He reassured me that nothing to worry about and he will take care of the entire holiday.

We done the trip from Nov 11 to 16th. The trip arranged was similar to the Chinar trip from State Holidays website, with some modification.

We had opted for overnight stays in Srinagar(2 nights -ROYAL BATOO), Pahalgam(1 night - PINE SPRING) ,Gulmarg(1 night -GULMARG RESORT) and 1 night in houseboat(NEW MORNING STAR- Dal lake), with breakfast and dinner included in tour package. All the hotels booked were really fine hotels with good food.Only negative during the trip was in houseboat ,as there was no room-heater and it was really cold in the night , only bed heater was available(the care taker of houseboat told that houseboats wont have room-heater due to safety issues).

Mr.Jimmy himself came to receive us in Srinagar airport.He was clear about the tour package and places to visit,and he was flexible to shift the itenary whereever we wanted as our flight was delayed. He catered for our individual needs and he was readily available at all times and organised and coordinated our tours most efficiently.

The entire trip was arranged in an Innova.The driver of the car(Meharaj) was a really nice guy, who was aware of the roads and places where he was taking us, and also provided us suggestions,flexibility and freedom to explore amazing Kashmir.

Entire trip was well organized and it was nice experience .I can thoroughly recommend the services of Mr Jimmy and State Holidays.

This time we visited Kashmir in autumn and we could see nature in golden and pink which was a really amazing experience, and also first snowfall of this winter in Gulmarg. We are planning to visit Kashmir again in spring to see the charm of nature in a different form, and will be done definitely via State Holidays.

We had an extremely pleasant experience with our entire vacation package. Yousuf was so pleasant and helpful the whole time, his help made the entire experience even better. Horse riding experience in Pahalgam was fantastic. Gul Marg was great too but it would have been nice if we weren't hassled by the horse ride vendors. We would have preferred to do the ATV ride instead of horse riding given proper chance, information and time to make the decision. However, we still had a great time horse riding even in gul marg. The house boat experience was nice too. The people throughout the trip were very warm and hospitable and we couldn't have asked for a better ambiance. The food was nice at K2 Inn. They were helpful but the facilities could use a little improvement.

I have booked Ladakh trip in last July 2017 through State Holidays and the services I got during the tour that was tremendous and Mr. Faisal was very good person and we'll managed and he has organised all things very well. I am so happy that I have chosen the state holidays as my prefered travel agency. Thanks
