I booked a taxi for 8days a month for Sikkim tour in advance, paid up the initial amount that I was asked. On the day I was landing, 10mins before boarding flight they email that my reservation is cancelled as it was stuck in landslide. When I threatened to write a bad review, they connected me to another travel agent. I asked them to pick up the tour from D2 onwards and they didn't reply. Later we found out that the price for the taxi increased by 1k per day as it was peak season. They could have asked for higher price. Landslide also happened 2 days before my travel. I had been following up for cab drivers number UpTo 3 days before travel, and they always assured they will send the cab. The trip cost me 20k more for cabs for 8day itinerary due to these guys. Total unprofessional lot.
