I wish could have given negative stars but this portal don't have this option.

Had booked a 7 night Sikkim package with them and below were the shortfalls.

Initially they confirmed that we would get Lemon Tree and Summit property across our travel however this was later denied. While they revised the quote for offering other properties but again did not met their commitment.

After travelling for 3 hours we were informed that Nathula pass permit could not be arranged and we were left with no option but to end our tour without visiting Nathula which was our special requirement right from day one. Isn't it frustrating to see 100's of other cars crossing Nathula gate and you just watching them doing so while you paid your #fraud agent for this permit well in advance.

After reaching Pelling our driver was called by their Siliguri office that our stay has been shifted from Norbhu gang Resort to some other hotel which is 8 kms from main city? What sought of cheating is this. After charging us for a room worth 12k per room per night, they expect us to stay in a hotel worth 6k per room per night. When we denied to stay at this property, their driver simply dropped us and our luggage outside this hotel and vanished. Ankit and Komal did not even bothered to receive our call during this mishape and we were left on a silent road of a silent city at 7 pm. Somehow managed to get another vehicle on my own and checked In at an average resort but better than what these cheats arranged for.

We curtailed our trip and went to Siliguri to meet these so called agents but to our surprise they had organised some local goons and so called police officials to threat us.. Since we demanded to settle our dues basis whatever was committed but not fulfilled by them.

Beware of such unprofessional travel agents if you consider safety of your family paramount. Have send a written complaint to TAAI but I am sure nothing is going to happen.

Hotel rooms are dirty and very congested. Very poor service No coordination between tour agent and hotel manager .Vehicle are not in good condition . ln my opinion avoid this tour agency. bad experience.

I took package from your agency and Komal was the representative. She lacks the professionalism that is expected while dealing with a customer. When asked for driver details, she was never prompt and gave replies in a frustrated manner. And the issues reported to her were never taken care of.

We took their taxi service for our trip of 8 days. Komal Parik their representative doesn't know how to deal with customer. Her approach is so casual and no ethics at all. They just want advance payment and after that there's no one to take your queries. Their representative stopped us at bagdogra airport when we landed and asked us to make full payment before starting trip. Every day we had to call Komal to share driver details for the day. There was no promptness from their end. And a small part of amount that was pending refund from their end is still pending. Komal doesn't reply.. doesn't help. Please don't take their service.

Truly bad experience. These guys specially KOMAL their representative are only interested in taking advance from you and leaving you stranded through most parts of your trip. SHE kept making excuses and lied about reasons for changing our itinerary and not providing promised services.

Firstly they promised us certain points in sikkim but despite knowing those places are closed due to snow did not inform us and charged us 100 percent advance which we did not end up seeing.They changed our itinerary to local city tour and gave us really bad 2 star hotels. In short we paid a premium for pathetic hotels (with bugs and dirt) and only 1 night 2 days tour of north sikkim which was originally planned to be premium hotels with 2 nights 3 days of north sikkim. We covered less than 25% of the planned North Sikkim (because of this lady) and there was no refund or remorse for our loss. This lady said, there is no difference in any spot as what you are going for is Snow and snow anywhere is same .

Their pricing is also a lot higher than what local tour operators in Gangtok offer so i would recommend booking hotels and car locally.

STRONGLY suggest to NOT use their services.
