What's Not Good: As every thing was good only glow pattaya for 4 in room was ok
As room is small one wash room otherwise all other are good.

What's Good: I must give 5 stars. We visited Bangkok, pattaya and Krabi, All 3 places were very good, The service was good, They planned my trip very well and organised. Pickup from airport to hotel, hotel to sight seeing and drop to hotel. All the way they provide personal car. All the pickups were on time. Tickets are already arranged by them for shows. Trip planning was great as they arrange the schedule in such a way we can't miss anything.
What's Not Good: Hula hula hotel room

What's Good: Had a great trip to Pattaya with Shri Murti Travels. The trip was comfy, and they tailored the trip exactly how we wanted. Smooth, easy, and fun! Highly recommend.

What's Good: Had a great experience with Shri Murti Travel during our Pattaya and Krabi trip. The itinerary was well-planned, hotels were comfortable, and all transfers were timely. The Coral Island tour in Pattaya and the Four Island tour in Krabi were the main highlights. The team was supportive throughout the trip. What's Good: Our recent trip to Bangkok and Pattaya was an incredible experience, all thanks to Shri Murti Travels and their exceptional service. From the moment we landed in Thailand to our departure, everything was perfectly arranged, making our vacation completely hassle-free.

A special thanks to Arun, who managed every detail with professionalism and care. He ensured smooth transfers, comfortable accommodations, and well-organized sightseeing tours. Whether it was exploring the vibrant streets of Bangkok, visiting the stunning Grand Palace, or enjoying the lively nightlife of Pattaya, everything was perfectly planned.

What's Good: transport service was good
What's Not Good: 1. Sri Murti Travel kept changing our hotels at the last minute. They communicated us wrong hotel name and also dropped there. Then we got to know booking is at some other far away hotel. Hotel was too far from the main street which we had agreed while booking the package.
2. Initially they agreed for different price , later they added unnecessary charges for our 3.1 year kid in our package.In Thailand, we came to know from their representative that no charges were paid for the child. In nutshell, they increased our package amount in the name of child.
Even child charges we paid on the spot as nothing was paid for child.
3. They will keep changing their representative when you pose any concern and will lie that your concern will be addressed and dont do anythjng till the end.
4. Whatever you agree verbally , please get in written each and everything and record it as they cant be trused.
Very Unreliable travels with no transparency at all.
