We recently travelled to Kedarnath Dham and Badrinath Dham with Safehands and I would say they are exceptional in their work. Everything was so well planned from start to finish be it the car we got, the excellent driver we got, the quality of the Hotels they provided, "They got us confirmed helicopter tickets to Kedarnath Dham", VIP Dharshan in Kedarnath Dham.... etc..etc.. The list can go really long...
But I want to especially thank Mr Neeraj. What a Gentleman you are!! He planned our whole itinerary, every day on every point he followed up on if everything was going well or not, and trust me that was the best part as that never gave us the feeling that we were just left alone by any travel agency.
When we went to Badrinath Dham it was snowing there, and he made sure our wonderful driver "Mr Kulbir" took us to the temple and that was an adorable gesture from both of them.
Also, he met us when we reached Delhi with a beautiful and wonderful gift.

Neeraj arranged a brilliant itinerary for our north India trip with really good hotels and guides at each destination. He also arranged a lovely candlelight dinner for our wedding anniversary which we will never forget . The Driver Kuber was a lovely man who guided us and drove us safely through the mountains . We had such a memorable trip and Neeraj contacted daily to ask about our trip . I will be recommending safehands to my family and friends.

I had fallen down and injured myself three days before my trip. My husband was all set to cancel this trip but I had travelled all the way from US just for this trip. So, I refused to cancel. Rohit and his team in Banaras took the best care of us. Everything was very well planned. Our guide Akash was very informative and caring young man. He arranged for wheel chairs everywhere he could for me. He even got me a walking stick! Bhola was our driver throughout the trip. He kept our stock of Banarasi pan flowing. Overall a very nice trip. Will definitely use this team for more travels in the future.

We have been travelling quite a bit (all over the world) and that’s probably why we know quite well what we like. So when I sent a request to Rohit from Safehands Travel, it included quite a ‘wish list’.
Rohit dealt with every request, adapted the itinerary according to our wishes, and even added some extra’s. Booked the hotels we preferred. He was always prompt in answering my 1000 questions and kept us well up to date of the progress.
Once in India, everything went smooth and the trip was executed as planned.

Safe Hnads did an exceptional job in planning our 5 week tour. This was our 7th trip to India and I had specific requirements. Rohit answered all my emails promptly and in great detail. With COVID still being an issue we had to have some flexibility which cannot be uncomfortable for a travel agent but Rohit was understanding and worked with us on a fair basis. I believe we were safer in India than in the United States--everyone in India is vaccinated! the drivers were not only skilled but a pleasure to have with us. Guides were all good and some exceptional. When one guide got a cold he put on a mask so we would not catch it. Should we make an 8th trip to India we will certainly contact Safe Hands.

My children along with their partners came to India to celebrate my husband's birthday in early October.

I was travelling from Chicago with my family and we wanted to vist the Taj Mahal and Vaishnavi Devi Temple in Katra, JK. I found safehand travels over the internet and shared my travel plans. Rohit reached out to me and got all the requirements from me and shared information on weather during the planned time of travel and my options when the weather turns bad.

Rohit made all the necessary reservations for hotel in Katra, Battery Car service at Vaishnovi Devi temple and the actual shrne tikcets as well.

Rohit arranged for a pickup from the Dehli airport to the hotel in Delhi and arranged for Toyota Crysta car for the trip to Agra the next morning. The driver was prompt on time in the morning. At Agra, Rohit arranged for a tour guide who explained all about Taj and helped us take some great pictures. It was a hot and humid day and he made sure we were comfortable during the tour. Great experience at Taj.
The next morning our drop off at the airport was right on time.

At the Jammu airport, the we were received with no wait and Rohit also arranged for a tour guide to help us with the visit. This service is a must when you are going there the first time and the tour guide was very respectful and answered all our questions and helped us be comfortable. We had only 24 hours to visit Vasihnovi Devi Temple and without the tour guide's help, it would not have been possible.

This is what I liked really well about Rohit and his team.
1. They made sure all reservations and in place well before hand.
2. Any question you send, they respond back with an answer in few hours.
3. As the journey was going on, Rohit would call the drivers or the tour guide to check with them on how things are going and help us with any issues. This is what I really liked.

we got a talented driver, a few good hotels, mostly below OYO ( dorm in Rishikesh was an awful experience--asking an old and big size man to sleep on an upper deck bed). Still, we completed our yatra successfully.

On 5th July, I messaged Mr. Rohit said that the air conditioning was not working as told by the driver due to a hit on a slope of a natural disaster on the way to Yamunotri. On that day, after visiting Kaasi Viswanath temple and on the way to the hotel, just 6 KM away, we requested the driver to switch on the air-con as it was too hot in Uttarkashi.

We are all well educated and knew that air-con would not be switched on in a hilly way, but in Utarkaashi it was vice -verse. I also have reminded Mr.Rohit to ask the driver to repair it as the man in our group who knows about it informed us it could be done.

On 14th July, upon reaching Rishikesh, the air-con was not working. In between, we did not think of it, assuming it has been repaired, as I already clarified to Mr.Rohit on 5th July. There very plenty of time to get a replacement vehicle but Mr. Rohit could not do so and when I called for the final time on 15th July at 10am, he said sorry he does not able to find one.

On 15th July we had a bad experience traveling without air-con to Delhi as it was scorching. Some were unbreathable and suffocating.

Even from my earliest interactions with Rohit in the planning stages of our trip, I could tell this was no ordinary travel company. He was so easy to work with. All our concerns were quickly and carefully addressed. I felt comfortable taking his recommendations because it became obvious he knew what he was talking about.

Then when we got to India, everything went like clockwork. We were in India for a wedding. Afterward, Deepak, our first tour guide, showed up in our hotel lobby and introduced himself, then introduced our driver, Kuber. Deepak is a warm, caring soul. He was always anticipating our needs and ever engaging in informative conversation.

It was especially wonderful to have the same driver (Kuber) and car throughout this trip. It was nice to have someone familiar with us all the time as we encountered strange new surroundings each day. Each morning after breakfast, Kuber was always there for us, greeting us with a smile. He easily became a friend. He daily kept a cooler supplied with snacks and beverages. And fresh ice each morning! Kuber was our interface with Rohit and the various tour guides so that things went smoothly throughout the trip. And with Kuber's experienced hands at the wheel, we always felt safe.

Shashank, our tour guide in Nainital, was a treasure trove of information. During our trek up Naina mountain, he carefully monitored each of us and set the pace accordingly. We particularly appreciated his knowledge of the medicinal plants of the region.

Kush, our tour guide in Agra and Jaipur, had a way of bringing history to life through the various structures we viewed. He has obviously absorbed a vast amount of historical information over the years, and he has a gift for presenting it in a compelling and succinct manner.

Everyone we encountered associated with Safehands Travels was proficient in English, which was important for us. Also, it was obvious that every one of them loved the work they were doing and had a passion for it. The company's culture of making guest travelers feel safe and cared for was strongly displayed by each member of the Safehands team.

If you haven't guessed by now, we love this team and will definitely be contacting them again if our travels ever bring us back to India (hopefully!).

My first experience with Safe Hands was a trip to Rishikesh. It was meticulously planned and was thoroughly enjoyable. I loved the fact that we did not have to worry about a single detail. We had a new year family trip to Rajasthan in Dec 2019 with Safehand Travels and the overall experience was amazing. Some key highlights as below:
1. The driver was very jovial and helpful throughout the trip and was driving with all safety.
2. Guides in each city were amazing. Would especially like to callout the Jaisalmer (Mr. Khatri) and Udaipur (cannot recall name) guides for their unique way to present the history to us.
3. Rohit from safehands was always a call away to solve any problem and used to do regular check-ins from his side to ensure that our trip does not have any hiccups. We got a bit late in reaching Jaisalmer sand dunes and missed the evening Camel ride. Rohit helped us to compensate the same with an early morning Jeep safari the next day.
4. Driver was always ready to make minor detours from the charted path to meet any of our immediate needs.

We could not have asked for better arrangements for our first experience to India. Rohit and his team made for a fantastic holiday that we will never forget.
I was apprehensive to use a travel agent so far abroad but Rohit made me feel at ease and took care of all the arrangements including our international flights. On our arrival at the airport in Delhi - Jusuf was there to receive us. Our Driver Mahinder Pal was a very good driver that attended our every need. Hotel check-ins and transfers were a breeze as it was so well planned. Driver and guides were punctual and friendly. making sure we were taken care off every step of the way. Local representatives of the company contacted me throughout our stay to make sure all is going according to expectation which really impressed me tremendously.
Best locations for meals and best hotels were selected.

I’ve had the great experienced in india. I’m extremely happy with the way it was organized. Everything that Mr. Rohit offered me in the proposal was provided exactly. It was an excellent planning! Hotel check-ins were smooth and the tour guides were extremely cordial and have good knowledge on those locations I visited. The driver was always punctual and drove an excellent manner making long drives very pleasant and safe. No complains at all! I was indeed in safe hands!!! Thank you safehand travel!!

We are a retired french couple , 72 old. My wife (sore back) do not enjoy the pot holes of India roads and especially of Madhya Pradesh. So we asked Safehands travel to organize a tour with minimum car transfer and with main distant travel by train. Mr Rohit did understand perfectly our desiderata and could provide all the logistics. So from Aurangabad (Ajanta, Ellora) to Bhopal, Sanchi, Mandu, Ujjain, Gwalior, Orchha and Khajuraho all went smoothly. Mr Rohit was always reactive and within one or two hours or instantly he could answer and correct any difficulty. For example( that was probably the only "bug") at arrival in Gwalior there was no driver at train station, because train was 40 minutes early (Yes this happens in India), as it was raining we just took , without waiting, a tuk-tuk to the hotel.
We received apology of the receiving car agency and refund of Tuk-Tuk
Mr Rohit was informed within one hour and provided us for a full day tour with the car and driver of Gwalior as an added gratuity. All hotels were well chosen and comfortable, and in a few case we asked for a change either to get either better view or situation or a more Heritage style. This was always done efficiently by Mr Rohit . We also changed one train ticket. And in Sanchi we had not undrestood that the very nice hotel was far from the stupas, we asked for another day with driver and this was made possible in the next hour. Mr Rohit always reacted within one hour. He was constantly asking for our satisfaction. As I am a rather difficult client , with sometimes too much attention for all details, I feel free to say that service was top class, which is clearly not evident in India as most drivers speak little or no english and, as we experimented with using Ola car service in Gwalior, most do not read english and are unable to fully use their GPS. We also appreciated that in most train travel we were in company with the driver until we were safely in our seats. Conditions for advance payments were also satisfying and Mr Rohit accepted a modification in order that we did feel quiet with the calendar. I highly recommend using SafeHands Travel and contracting with Mr Rohit especially if you want a tour which is adapted to your wishes. I also advice that you get an Indian Sim card for your mobile phone, this will provide you with instant feedback with Mr Rohit.

Kush (my guide) and the driver were wonderful, I felt very safe which is so important for a solo female traveller. Great care and attention were taken with the details of the journey, with quick response to any questions. Tried amazing food away from the hotels in the full confidence that Kush would choose well.

Travelled to villages off the beaten track, all adding to the wonderful experience of Rajasthan. From a camel ride across the desert to watch the sunset to the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, an experience I will never forget.

True to the name of the company, we indeed were in safehands of Mr. Rohit and co. In a single word the trip can be described as Magical.Rohit has been very professional right from the onset of the planning of this trip and there were no glitches at all. Rohit and his team did a good job of organising a comprehensive tour of Ladakh region. We pretty much covered most areas except Zanskar region. We enjoyed the trip and the scenery in many places is spectacular. It is such an unspoilt and clean environment (once you leave Leh) so different from most of India that one almost forgets that this is part of India. We enjoyed the interaction with local people in the remote areas, learned a lot about their lives and have many good memories and photographs from the trip.

Rohit and his team were quite thorough and detailed in the planning. The itinerary was well planned to ensure we allowed time to acclimatise to the high altitude. We did not experience any major issues with high altitude although we did carry the oxygen cylinder, which we would highly recommend as some of the places are extremely remote with minimal medical facilities eg Tsomoriri lake.

A suggestion for future travellers would be to provide some pre-trip information to help plan the trip better eg: the quality of hotels and services (they are in general quite basic), the trip and terrain is rugged, it can be very cold at night in May and there is limited electricity in most places outside Leh, phone reception / internet outside Leh poor with the exception of BSNL and Airtel.

We had a guide, which we found was extremely useful as he was able to ensure we had experiences, at Monasteries and with local people, that we would have otherwise not had. It is expensive but was worth every cent.

We had an issue with the quality of the hotel in Pangong (Pangong Inn - avoid). We moved to another accomodation. Rohit was very helpful in ensuring that we did not have a similar experience in Tsomoriri lake and gave us a few options to pick from after seeing each place.

Overall we had a good trip and have lots of pleasant memories.

Mr Rohit was our contact person, responsive & friendly. You pay 50% upon booking and balance on the first day of the tour. Our Driver is patient, friendly & helpful but lacks in English (however we manage to get our message through). More important - he drives steady & safely. We do recommend

I was planning for a trip to North India for my elderly parents, as their 44th wedding anniversary surprise. As I contacted many travel agents to survey the best of choices, I found Mr.Rohit. He was indeed an excellent planner as he responds promptly and advised accordingly, to cater to my parents needs.He was flexible with payment arrangements too, which gave me more confidence.
My parents had a wonderful time indeed,as planned. They were happy with Safehand travels driver, Mr. Badal and the tour guides. A small misunderstanding did take place however on the day to visit Taj Mahal , as the tour guide did not brief earlier on the timing. However, my parents had a wonderful time there appreciating the beauty of the palace and taking sweet photo shots as a couple.
The hotels booked and breakfast were good, except a small conflict in Radisson, where luggage wasnt delivered to the room for more than half an hour due the shift change.

Itinerary suggested by Safehands Travel is comprehensive and practical over 8 days. Not so rush; unlike other tours- trying to cover so many places of interest in any one particular day. Places of interest suggested are well-known and popular with tourist. Rickshaw, horse & elephant rides are provided in the itinerary. Optional tours were also suggested. Driver will send us to nearby restaurant to have our lunch & dinner each day. Price quoted for whole tour, accommodation, breakfast, entrance fees, private air-con car with driver & tour guides is reasonable and fair.

Feedback by travel agent on queries is prompt and relevant via e-mails. Mode of payment made to Safehands Travel has never been easy - 50% deposit & balance upon arrival. Company invoice and official receipts are being issued when tour confirmation is placed and money is being paid.

Welcome at airport with garland of flowers was a surprise and punctuality of everyone involved during the tour is of utmost important. Tour agent monitored our progress on daily basis to ensure smooth & enjoyable journey for the travelers.

Private driver recommended has vast driving experience and knowledgeable of the location of places of interest & hotel. Driver always drives below speed limit to avoid untoward incidents with authorities.

Tour guides provided are knowledgeable in their own respective cities and are also humble, kind and accommodating.

We are from the USA and had a wedding to attend in India. Our hosts hooked us up with Rohit, from Safehands. He planned , with our input, pre and post wedding excursions/tours for 8 days total. He coordinated this with 30 other American guests all coming and going from various parts of the tour at different times. In any country, the logistics would be difficult, but having organized this flawlessly in India with the unpredictable traffic and schedules was nothing short of miraculous! Our guides were superb, and our drivers always punctual and safe! I highly recommend requesting Gajendra, who is extremely knowledgable and managed to keep tabs on 30 of us! The prices were surprisingly reasonable, considering we stayed in 4-5 star properties! I highly recommend the visit to Amritsar and the Golden Temple- well worth the 7 hour train ride! Also visit to the Monkey Temple (Jaipur) in addition to the regular highlights! If you want time for shopping, request it! I would not hesitate to recommend Rohit for all of your planning needs!

We booked our trip to India (Rajasthan) with SafeHands Travel, without having any reference, but something told me to trust them. No regrets! Its been amazing from start to end. Since they welcomed us at the airport ( where we realized our son forgot his phone on the plane).. they took over and helped us recover it the same night. An amazing first impression to this great country and their people!! the driver for our 9 days was incredible flexible and safe. In India, driving is not easy!! We are a husband and wife couple in our early 60s from Australia who had never travelled to India before. We have travelled before to other Asian countries and throughout Europe but we had never gone through a Travel agency from the country of our travels. I came across Tripcrafters on the internet by google search and was so lucky that we did. Safehands Travel Pvt Ltd were recommended to us and from the point of our first email to them to the last day we were in India they took great care of us and organised a trip for us that was exactly as we wanted it. Before we left Australia we had a very busy 7 days in Delhi and then some of the Golden Triangle organised with Safehands Travel. As part of our tour we hired a car and driver. Ramesh, our driver looked after us extremely well, making sure we did the right thing by Indian customs and all our different tour guides in each new city provided us with much knowledge about all our sightseeing spots. Safehands travel provided us with an itinerary that was varied and exciting. We saw some truly unique places and learnt so much about the history of India and why it is like it is today. The accommodation was varied and suited us and our budget. After being with Safehands for a week we decided to continue with them for another 3 weeks. We travelled with them to Srinigar, Jammu/Kashmir and then onto Leh where the altitude was a concern. Safehands Travel made sure we were looked after all the way while we enjoyed all of the beautiful sights of this completely different state. After Leh we flew to Delhi and onto Varanasi on the Ganges and then onto Kolkata. Every new state we were in was truly unique and Safehands gave us the opportunity to learn and enjoy every one. If we ever return to India Safehand Travel will be our travel agency of choice. Their communication was outstanding as we felt we knew what we were doing at all times. I can't praise this company enough.

Our tour in India went smoothly...though we just have a short time,Safehand Travels was able to cover all the significant sights. The punctual driver was always willing to attend our needs and the knowledgeable tour guides have fed us with a lot of information. We appreciate all the care that Safehands Travel put to make our tour in India a smooth and wonderful one. From time to time we heard that the main office were contacting the car to see if everything was going according to the plan that kept us assured that we were under control.

Rohit from Safehands took the trouble to personally meet me on my arrival at the airport and even went to the extent of helping us to exchange INR currency in view of the issue on RS500 and RS1000 demonetization.

I also liked that the itinerary was very flexible and we could discuss with the guides each day on which sites or activities to prioritize. In fact, our guide Lav (Jaipur) went as far as to take us off the beaten track to visit some hidden temples and the morning milk markets, which was really, the most memorable part of our trip!

Throughout the trip I never had to worry about timing or being stranded in a location thanks to our wonderful driver Mr Singh who drove us everywhere and patiently waited for us as we went from place to place.

Overall a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

Only 1 point for improvement: I do know that all guides are inclined to take their guests to certain recommended shops (also perhaps they receive some form of commission) however I would prefer that they did not as I felt uncomfortable at times and pressured to buy certain items that I was really not interested in, i.e. jewellery.

The four day Rajasthan tour organized by Safehands Travel was flawlessly perfect! Pesonalized service, excellent communication, friendlly and competent guide and driver!, and last but not least fair price. The tour was an unforgetable experience!

We booked a mini-bus for 8 persons for a two-day trip to Agra and Delhi. Satisfied with whole service provided. Driver was very careful while driving and was following the traffic rules :)

May be the price was on little higher side, but I must admit that we didnt do any bargaining.

This was our third trip to India – and again we used the services of an agency who could assist in our ideas and routes.
Rohit of Safehands supplied the most professional of services and any request was arranged.

The guides, drivers, flights and connections of ground staff was good.
At every connection we were contacted to find out how things were going.

We mapped our route and he suggested the accommodation which I was able to consider.

The quality guides that he had selected brought India alive - and the guides in Khajuarho, Calcutta and Pondicherry were exceptional.
We travelled a far distance and packed in masses of things to do experience and see (though at the end I was “templed” out!
Our route went Mumbai – Gwalior – Orchha – Varanasi – Calcutta – Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry – Kumbakonam – Chettinad – Madurai – Mumbai and lots in between
