What's Not Good: I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I faced while booking my stay with Rufina Hotel through Ms. Rinki Das.
From the beginning of the booking process, her behavior was extremely unprofessional, and even during a critical situation caused by a landslide in North Sikkim, her lack
of cooperation and unwillingness to provide any meaningful solutions was very concerning.
Instead of assisting and guiding us during a difficult time, Ms. Rinki Das’s behavior added to the stress and created a very negative impression about Rufina Hotel. I strongly believe that her attitude is damaging the reputation and trust that customers expect from a reputed hotel chain like yours.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure no other guest faces such treatment in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the steps being taken.
