I planned a visit with family on25 Dec 16 to 31 Dec 16 ex Delhi to Shimla, Manali,Chandigarh, paid Rs10000.00 in advance in Jul 16 itself, finalised the Hotels at all the three places . But on 23 Dec when I got the voucher I was shocked to se that my hotels were changed from Shimla to Kandahat,30 kms before Shimla and Vill Shuru Malla instead of Manali. On complaining it was told that the amount won't be refunded and you have to stay there only So forced to stay . Both are guest houses not hotels. At Chandigarh also OYO Room was given. The building/rooms were good,but the food at Kanda ghat was just like that of BSF ,as was in news recently. So be careful about these. Not to believe Royal Yatra people specially Mr Alok Verma, Mrs Mani.Offcourse Mr Saurabh helped a bit. But I had to pay cash at Shuru Heights hotel as they did not allow me to check out as their payment was not made by these commission agents.

This is really very fake agency. plz don't pay them. They won't give your rs back. I bought kerala tour package of rs 50000. We pay them 55000 rs. Now they are not giving our rs back. Its only 5000 rs to refund. Their plans are also very poor. Only one suggestion.
Plz don't go thorough this agency.
