Planned a spiti trip with routes to himalayas
Must say the itinerary was well planned and ample time for sightseeings were given. It was a hassle free experience and the cab provided by them were very comfortable and driver was well behaved n highly experienced in those rugged terrains.
Surely reccommendable.

Me and my husband as wel as my brother and his wife 2 coupe package the trip was arrange by my brother (lokesh) the experience was very good and we did not expect food will be that good in manali by it was very good and tasty in our hotel (hotel manali green ) and the sevice in our hotel was excellent.and our local cab driver (manu)was very nice person and our Delhi cab driver (yogesh)also very nice and humble person.Amit sir and rithika mam was very cooperative and organised well.totally our trip with routes to himalaiyas was a wonderful experience and want to vist again to Manali and want to stay in the same hotel.this trip is close to our heart.missing manali

Kullu Manali:
Went with family to Kullu Manali and trip was good. I had very good experience on adventure games like paragliding and zip line. Local cab driver was good [Sukhram] and he took us the places which are amazing. Point to note, whatever travels provides the itinerary is finalized. The visiting places are changed based on season, so make sure whenever you travel ask them what and all places are there currently to visit. Because the itinerary places might not have SNOW in particular month, so cab driver will charge extra money to take actual SNOW places. Don't go for any games like skating and etc. in unseasonal as they are trapped.
Kullu Manali trip: 4star I can give [Except the places are charged extra cost and games]

Delhi to Agra:
This is a horrible trip, cab driver coordinated with Agra local guide [TOSIF KHAN] and such a pathetic behavior he is. We have asked him not to come with us and he was not allowing us to go alone. He ate our head and not allowed us to go with our plans. Because of him, we had to cancel our Agra fort and local market visiting plans. He pokes you to give money however he expected.
We are afraid to stay some more hours in Agra and left after seeing Taj Mahal.
We have spent such big amount and not satisfied with the trip.

Delhi to Agra: 1star only.

Finally, I would like to thank Amit and Shalini for their support throughout journey.
Amit was amazing, he is so friendly and easily reachable. He had supported us on his holiday times also. Thank you very much Amit Again for your support.

These guys running fool with drivers and cab company driver jaspal asking money for in middle of the night to proceed further after 12pm we are with family and Ladies we are we are feeling unsafe 21-11-22 don't know we will reach Delhi or not help us

I had one week plan by Amit Sir. This included Shimla, Manali, Bir, and Dharamshala. He was reachable and guiding throughout the trip. All the hotel booking was with meals and facilities was good. The Cab driver was also very cooperative.

Overall I enjoyed the trip and activities. I recommend it and it is affordable and valuable compared to other Service providers. (Make my Trip, etc)

I had asked for a relaxing, comfortable and stress free trip but what I got was stress filled journey to manali and back. While my stay in Manali was a pleasant one, my experience with the driver was unpleasant, unreliable and reckless. Our car Ac was busted so our drive to and fro from gurgaon to manali was a sticky and sweaty drive. Once we reached the hotel, we forgot about the horrible drive up to the hill station and enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Pls note I had asked for a nice 4 star hotel with good facilities. We got a 4 star hotel but stayed at their most basic rooms. We didn't complain even then. We don't have a nature to complain about everything. Our driver promised that he would fix our car once we reached manali but he never did anything. The transport company owner infact came to inspect the car but did nothing. Meanwhile the driver kept asking us to transfer money every now and then for petrol, to some personal number. Isn't it the travel agents responsibility to be the single point of contact for the finance. In fact during the return,driver was driving quite recklessly. Talking on the mobile while driving. Also making a sad excuse that we will stop at a garage to repair the car ac which could take 2 to 3 hours to be fixed while my family which has 2 kids has to wait out side in the scorching sun. We didn't agree for that and took a stand to not pay the last 5k for the car, the driver left us stranded in the middle of nowhere. We were atleast a good 5 to 6 hours away from our home in gurgaon. The owner of the transport service mr. Jaspal was extremely rude and does not know how to talk to a woman. We were forced to remove all our luggage and stand at the road side making our own arrangement to return home. Meanwhile our travel agent Amit from route to Himalayas to whom we told the entire episode could do nothing, couldn't provide any support at this point. In fact he blamed us for sharing feedback on the car Ac so late. Shouldn't a travel agent be concerned about his clients and be in touch with us regarding our comfort and ask us how was our journey. Mr Amit enquired about our trip on the 3rd day of our 4 day trip. That's when we informed him about the faulty ac in the car. Now everything became our fault. And ultimately we had a very unfortunate experience. My husband andmy 4 year old son got the worst of the Ac malfunctioning and high temperature. They both became sick with fever. By the time we reached home ( no thanks to the travel agent) it was 2am in the morning. Had everything gone according to plan we would reached by 11pm the night before. This was not a journey with a happy experience.

Never book through this agency ,they don’t care about the travellers and they are not good in helping if any problem you face.all they need is money.and the hotel booking is not good they will tell you one hotel and provides different hotels .when I travelled to Shimla my whole time was wasted due to shifting the hotels .
Don’t want to give rating 1 also but don’t have choice to give 0 or 0.5 .Donot prefer this agency if you want to go Shimla and Manali tour

Never book any package with this agency. They committed for luxury hotel (zara resort) but actually is was a third grade hotel. Worst food, no towels provide, no morning tea, stinky rooms. And the agent they provide for local sightseeing will always come late. Very bad experience and will never book any package from this consultancy.

Just gone through your reply. Please note that, Ms. Ritu not called whatsap call. Myself only called and shown the situation of hotel. Earlier shared to Ms.Ritu then only Mr.Amit confirmed that Luxury hotel only applicable at Manali .Still I have hotel (Agra/Delhi) photos. I will share if you want. Based on video call she is promising Manali hotel. but again there was a issue with cab drive. Half of the tour discussed with Ms.Ritu about arrangement. Still I have all the evidences.

Though there was small glitches in cab asked, hotel check in at Delhi, the whole trip went well. The hotel provided by them MP RESIDENCY was super luxorous ... Rooms were very clean and food there was just super delicious...

Booked for Manali Shimla tour package, it was well organized by Ritu Goyal. They booked Hotel MP Resideny (in Manali), Hotel Apple Rose (in shimla) both of them were very good, pick up and drop was also provided, sight seeing in both Manali and Shimla is completely taken care by them and it was absolutely wonderful. If I plan for another picnic will surely first contact 'Routes to Himalayas'.

Secondly cab facility was little average one because the behavior of driver was not professional. I would request Miss Ritu to take care of this and never recommend this driver for any further trips.

Recently we have finished our Manali tour of 4 night and 5 days.Tour was awesome thanks a lot to Amit for arranging everything in a resonable price through routes of Himalayas.The hotel provided to us was very nice though it was little bit far from the Manali town but fully surrounded by the mountains and river bias flowing near by makes it awesome stay.Rooms are very nice and clean with nice breakfast in morning.we have visited each places by personal Innova which was arranged by Amit.We visited Rohtang pass which was really awesome places wish to go once more in near future.we recommend everyone to contact routes of Himalayas if any plan towards himachal.once again thanks a lot Amit for arranging this unforgettable trip..
