What's Good: I applied for a tourist visa through Rayna Tours, and it was a disaster. First, I was talking to a bot, not a real person. After paying and submitting my documents, they disappeared—no responses, no updates. A week later, they simply said my visa was rejected, with no proof they even applied! Terrible service, zero transparency. Don’t waste your time and money—stay away from this company!
