Excellent service. We had family trip to Jaipur and udaypur. We got ontime cab from Jaipur airport. Driver was very polite and helpful. But Hotel in jaipur was not very clean and not very well maintained. We explained this to Leela(person from Rajputana Voyage), she took immediate action and made sure that we get best services from next day. We really enjoyed 4 days in Rajasthan.

Trips was good. The cab coordination was excellent. We didnt have to wait for the cab and we recieve the cab details well in advance. Stay was good at all places Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Our camp was around 4KM before SAM Dunes. But still the food at camp was good.

My experience with RV was ok. Not so good or not so bad. Hotel booked by team was ok. 1st day hotel experience was bad. had too many issues with room which wasted more than an hour time after arrival. Careless about their customer's package. They had changed hotel stay at Jaisalmer & did not informed us which again wasted more than hour. Driver was good but his lunch was not included in package & we paid extra for it. This was not informed by them earlier. While booking the package with them they said there will be no issues with the service from them but in actual there was too many issues so again trust factor is the concern.

We had a trip to jodhpur udaipur, trip was very well organised and driver was also friendly and polite , just once concern is that tripli hotel at udaipur was not that good , quality of food and TV's were not working

To be very honest we were very much satisfied with the team of Rajputana Voyage specially the MD. Mrs Usha Ma'am for our Rajasthan Tour. She was very caring in our entire trip. We were a group of 65 heads from Siliguri. She managed our entire trip very efficiently starting from vehicle arrangement, hotels selection and fooding which was awesome. I really don't have words to express my experience. Believe me if you are planning for Rajasthan don't hesitate to contact Rajputana Voyage. 5 stars to the management.

We had an unforgettable trip to Rajasthan, thanks to Rajputana Voyage for making it possible. This was indeed an hasle free, well organised, well balanced so that it is not tiring and great great service. My trip planner Suraj and Usha use to call every morning greeting you and briefing you about todays tour sites, that was indeed a good service. The hotels provided were really very good. I would definitely recommend Rajputana, they make your penny worth.

Services offered are wonderful. I had exceptional experience on my Rajasthan tour arranged by Rajputana voyage. Hotels recommended were heritage properties and all offered exquisite hospitality. Taste buds were satisfied with mouth watering Rajasthani cuisines and site seeings were well arranged. Package was bit costly, I expected discounts but it is said that good times comes with cost and same was justified to some extent. I recommend RAJPUTANA Voyage to all for well planned holidays. Had a very pleasant experience with Rajputana Voyage. For our Rajasthan trip last (2019) Dec, we entrusted them with all the arrangements. It was a 10 day trip covering Jaipur, Bikaner, Khimsar, Jaisalmer (including one night stay at Sand Dunes), Jodhpur & Udaipur. They did the booking in very good heritage properties as we had requested. The vehicle provided was also a good one (Innova Crysta). Ms. Usha Singh had been very helpful, she kept enquiring about our experience and guided us throughout the tour. Overall we were very happy to have engaged them.
