I had booked the same bus on 22d March, 2021 for 43 people to travel from Delhi to Dehradun. The deal was done for to and fro service from Delhi to Dehradun and vice versa for Rs 83,000 volvo service(will attach wastapp chats for your reference), paid 50k advance (20k via gpay ad 30 via cash at the Delhi airport) but the bus is a duplicate one. The pics you see are contradictory. Suspension was damaged , even the shock absorver. One could feel even the small shocks and the acceleration the bus was taking which in volvo you dont feel. At large bumps, it was throwing you up from the chairs. We had a discussion to first go to Ponta Sahib and then to our resort but due to lack of suspension and shock observer, we had to allow the bus to travel at 30kms/hr only so that the people can sit atleast. Ac belt got removed also and there was no ac for 2 hours. Again this thing (ac stuff)can happen but suspension being damaged and the driver admitted that yes there was a problem in suspension. We spoke to owner (Piyush Prakash) to get a diff bus but he said there were no other buses also available with him. Lot of my relatives started falling ill. Situation was so worse that from airport we started at 10:30PM and reached Dehradun resort by morning 10:30 AM. Upon reaching owner said he will come ad discuss things. Finally he arrived late in evening and agreed that he will update by 7PM that day all the expenses he faced and he will refund for the service he charged but it's till today he did not update. I feel the calculations are very big which is taking so much time for him to calculate. This shows whether the person is genuine or not. While taking advance people are aggressive but when it comes to failure in commitments and refund, it takes lot of time for them. I had posted my review on tripcrafters and someone lately cancelled his contract. This made the owner to finally contact me over watsapp that is today 11th April showing that he got his contract cancelled due to my reviews but again he has not yet refunded the amount. This shows the professionalism. Below are the bus details:(the one that is also shown in facebook. The same pics was showed to but it's all false) Bus details AP28TB3344 The mistake I did was I trusted the company. Had this been a broke down issue, I could have understood but since when driver admitted that there was suspension problem and they did drive and come and still you made us sit on the bus, this is where proves that this person knew the problem and still made us travel.
