Want to thanks to Aarti and Yatish for organising a memorable trip. Car, hotels and food are awesome. Driver was super friendly and we cover all our destination as we already decided. Again thanks to Planet holidayers, Aarti and Yatish Thakur. You guys are doing a great job!!

Great experience; management was good and car driver and room accommodation experience was best. All most places we are covered in 5days recongpeo, kalpa view , nako village, gue mummy monastery, key monastery, kaza sightseen etc..

I want to thank Aarti and Chetan for organizing the trip . It was very kind of them to merge us with another group when they could not find more people with the same dates. They took our full responsibility from start till end and ensured we could make our trip to spiti valley completed. the hotels and services were the best at the locations.

I would highly recommend them for planning spiti tour.

They are the worst trip planner ever, there is no management and no follow up, firstly they will sweet talk to you and will show you like they can provide a lot of good things but in reality when you reach to the destination, nothing will be available.
I have planned my honeymoon trip with them to Dalhousie, the trip planner, he just make false promises, firstly they provide a hotel which was located far away from Dalhousie's main location, we have specially booked the room with personal balcony and hill view, and he has not conveyed the same to the hotel. hotel has try to provide us a room with no window, it was a close room. after arguing with them for half an hour after that they have provided us a room to the road view, so the whole night due to the traffic noise, we were not able to sleep, forget about the delight honeymoon experience. For the Next day i have specially ordered to decorate the room with red and white heart shaped balloons with proper flower decorations and a good cake. instead of this they have decorated room with children party balloons and hanged the children happy birthday bunting.
They have just ruined my honeymoon and when i try to cut their charges for bad services they have threatened me that i will not be able to checkout and same happened.
it was a worst trip planner. I suggest they should be banned from every platform and no one should ever go with them.

Miss arti thakur was so nice to us.She had been guiding us with patience .Such a nice package had been given by her .I am happy and fully satisfied .thank u miss arti thakur.

Me n my wife went to HP (Dalhousie, Khajjiar n Dharmshala) and the trip was really fantastic. I really appreciate Planet Holidayers and specially Ruchi Sharma who has been a great help to us all the time. I have been speaking to her about our trip for a quite long time and she has always been very patient, helpful, co-operative and friendly. I have bothered her a lot by asking her so many questions about our trip n etc.. lol. I would not even think about a second person whenever I plan for my next trip as long as Ruchi is there. Thanks planet holidayers and Ruchi for all your support☺️. You guys are doing a great job!!

We have a little good but more bad experience faced in spiti valley tour arranged by planet holidayers.


Aartiji and her colleagues' nature and cooperation is good but..

The plan is very low quality,

We are new for this place, so once we
reach there and interact with driver and local hotel persons and with our experience,, we felt that this tour planning
was not ideal


I want to add that

1. Route is not proper, manali to chandratal route is worst So to come back from same route was not possible so we our self changed the route which was actually ideal and should plan by planet holidayers.

2.
Kaza 3 Day stay with only few spots which is really foolishness, we completed all places in 5 hours only

So Kaza 3 Day stay is really a mistake to organize from organizers.

3) many famous places kalpa,nako,tabo are missed
So,, we are really disappointed

We met many visitors in between, all visited from Manali to Shimla route tour Or Shimla to Manali round trip in spiti valley

No One has a route Manali to chandratal to kaza and to back Manali from same route.

So we finished our tour any how and come back to Delhi early.
And in round trip total kilometer distance is only 20 km increased which is nothing and with better road and cover many more places.

So it's not best experience for us.

Communication between travel company and hotel Management at various places

Good travells specially package organizor sunitha chuhan ji very good at organising and very skilled. Nice expierience

Driver se connect Nahiii h, bahut problem hui h, kuch bhi Time se Nahiii, hotel bhi out Side diye jate h, my experience bad

this trip was Awsm & Gud planet holidayears is best deal m happy to go out with this trip

Planet holidayers are selling fake packages Only making money by fooling us by wrong informations and incomplete details about trips.

Just back home from an awesome trip to Kerala. We arranged the trip through Planet Holidayers and we would like to thank Mr. Sandeep Kumar for making our holidays just wonderful.

During our week we enjoyed the amazing tea plantations and mountains of Munnar, floated on a private houseboat through the backwaters and travelled to the south of the state to visit some of the golden beaches.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those connected with our holiday, they made it one that we shall always remember – we could be back.

(new car, driver well versatile with routes and time required, polite, timely trips/pickup/drop)
2. Stay at Dharmashala (Sai Grand) - 1/5
(far from main city, away from nearest main road, no food outlet nearby, breakfast and dinner timing impractical, good view)
3. Stay at Dalhousie (Rudra Inn) - 5/5
(friendly staff, bang on town center-Mall road, good rooms, excellent view, good connectivity, good food)
4. Stay at Amritsar (H K Continental) - 3/5
(comfortable room, average room service, avg food and restaurant, away from city center, lonely location)
5. Planet Holidayers - 5/5
(were continuously in touch throughout the trip and enquiring about our experience regarding our visits and stay)

Only if the accommodation at Dharmashala and Amritsar was better it would have been a 5/5.

It has been the most memorable trip of Manali. The support and services from Planet Holidayers has been immensely satisfying. Ms,Smiriti Sharma, in precise being the point of contact have been helping us enjoy the whole trip with such ease and comfort, the best services delivered by her. Thank You. From our car drover to the hotel staff.. Everything has been wonderful.. Cheers to the whole tour's management for being so delightful and making the trip so cheerful for us. Surely the best experience of the Himachal Pradesh and would also approach you guys for any other trips across India.

Beware..worst service seen..would never recommend planet holidayers tours and travels...untill you pay they are very sweet talkers and after the trip starts they misbehave ..give accomodation at a different place..give bad quality cab and drivers.. We booked from Mumbai..email was sent by them for the confirmation of the cottage..50% advance was made after receiving the e-mail..after reaching..cab service was not given on 2nd day..thereafter they shifted our plan from shimla to manali first saying cottage committed not available now and still even after we agreed on change of plan they gave us different hotel at very remote place with no proper service and then when we complained their owner spoke very rudely saying that we don't have any option now and then their driver demanded for more amount although it was agreed for balance to be paid on the last day. They stopped the trip mid way demanding balance money immediately and when we asked to stick on committed terms their representative varun used abusive language and told my wife that he will beat her.We had to go to police station to complain..they just spoiled our family vacation.Please take action so that no other family is harassed by such company. To have hassle free trip we booked through planner but they intact spoiled our trip from day one to the last day.

Hey folks I was planning a trip to Goa since a very long time so I finally got to travel few days back in the month of October through planet holidayers that was organized by Mr akhilesh Thakur..I couldn't have thought of a better option without him..the trip was very well organised.everything was so very planned and I had the best time after so long..the traveling was so smooth and the arrangements in Goa were beyond words..keep up the good work planet holidayers..looking forward for a new trip soon..cheers
