What's Good: Terrible Experience – wrong Promises and Zero Accountability
What's Not Good: I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the deceitful practices of this travel company. I booked a Bali trip with them, lured in by their shiny promises of an “all-inclusive” experience packed with activities and stress-free travel. What I actually got was a series of excuses, half-truths, and missing experiences that I paid good money for.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the itinerary we were sold was just smoke and mirrors. Several of the key activities—ones we specifically booked the package for—were either “unavailable,” “overbooked,” or simply forgotten. When we contacted the team, we were met with vague explanations, zero accountability, and a complete refusal to offer refunds or alternatives.
This wasn’t a case of miscommunication. This was a bait-and-switch scam dressed up as a travel service. They took our money, gave us a watered-down version of the trip, and washed their hands of any responsibility.
Do yourself a favor—do not book with this company. Look for someone transparent, honest, and reliable. Vacations are meant to create memories, not regrets.

We went to Vietnam for 9 days (Hanoi, Da Nang and Phu Quo and had the best time.My husband and I are nature lovers but my boys (10 and 14yrs) seek thrill and fun. Vietnam offered both. Initially I wanted to go to few other cities in Vietnam but Pick your Trail team gave me more insights and ideas about the country, which helped me to choose better finally they gave us a perfect Itinerary.The best part was they gave me time to choose the hotels which I wanted, they also gave few suggestions which was top notch.Surprisingly the kids loved exploring the caves and places like Tam coc and had the ultimate fun in the theme parks. We had zero worries about our pick up n drop, guides and food because every little detail was taken care of by PYT team, a special mention to Sidharth who listened to my concerns and answered to all my queries when ever I pinged him(even on sundays).Overall it was a great trip, made memorable by pick your trail.
