Had been to Dubai via pax as vendor. My agent in Mumbai (Hitesh)booked via them. The trip was a disaster from the start. After landing in Dubai at 4 am had to wait till 0630 for pickup to the hotel...reason driver fell asleep.We had booked a private vehicle and were 2 families with kids. Never during our entire stay did the pick up come on time always late by 45 mins to 1 hr. Upon questioning the local coordinator Shehzad(contact no.0561218212) he had a wonderful reasoning.. he said u should have booked sit in coach(sic) instead of private...mind u private is more expensive than sic..We had booked lunch and dinner via pax...Never were the dinner and lunch cupons were been given without we calling them. We spent around 100 dirhams calling them.. Totally unprofessional service..And then came the final nail in the coffin.. We were supposed to be picked up for drop to airport around 1.30 pm, had 4 pm flight to India.. No one came till 2pm. We were calling Shehzad n Ms. Farhed (508370525)nobody taking our calls.Around 2.15 pm a man came and he told us to take taxis to airport as the pick-up guy got delayed... Totally horrible experience.. Please avoid pax holidays as their vendor over there are totally incompetent and do not care a damn for the guests...
