What's Good: Nice arrangements and followup by the team during the entire trip.
What's Not Good: Food arrangements as per MAP in hotel stays could have been better

What's Good: We are satisfied with the services provided, accomodation given and places for food were too good . Overall it was a wonderful experience. Can recommend it for others .
What's Not Good: Last day plan in itinerary was a bit disappointing in terms of time and other factors. Complimentary Breakfast for 2 days was not utilised properly due to time constraint despite a single item given early as takeaway.

What's Not Good: MONEY MINDED GREEDY, IRRESPONSIBLE, CLUELESS and UNORGANIZED company.
I would definitely suggest to avoid Onn tour you can find more responsible tour package in lesser amount.
I booked my 12 days Sikkim, Darjeeling & Sittong cab package with Onn tour with representative Debanshu. Although I got a cheaper package I booked with Onn tour because of there reviews (not sure how they get so positive), nice sweet words and fake promises. During my tour they just called me for money and while I ask for solution of our problem they have no solution or result.
During my 12 days worst tour I faced many problems as below. (1) *GREEDY* - Onn tour started to play game from the first day. On first day they had to picked me up from NJP hotel. I told to picked us on 9.00 am. But they told me I need to leave hotel at 6.00 am otherwise due to road closer I need to go alternate route for which driver will charged me extra about 1800 Rs. (Though all transferred was included in my package)
(2) *IRRESPONSIBLE* - In my 12 days tour I need to wait for driver for more than 1 hour about 3-4 times. when 1 person among us ask driver for the same he get answer waiting is their work. Driver also skipped sight seen with himself which mention in tour itinerary.
(3) *CLUELESS* - In my package they mentioned that if any places is not reachable they will provide another good alternate. During my tour North Sikkim (Lachen and lachung) was closed due to land slide and my 3 days of plan needed to change but they gave me 2-3 extra point against 1 day in gangtok and against 1 day for Namchie, but for the 3rd day they provided me Yuksum which was totally worthless, even driver was going there first time, tour representative was also not aware for the place. It was 3 hours journey on very bad condition broken road and there we saw a very small monestry and a nala type lake only. you can find 100 times better places in your hometown. It totally spoiled my whole day. I requested them to cut some my package cost because they have charged me for far places of North sikkim but provided me nearby places. But they totally refuse at last day. I had to pay all amount of my package as we have flight for to my hometown early next day and I didn't want to miss it.
(4) *UNORGANIZED* - After complete sikkim we need to change cab in Darjeeling, I was told that Sikkim driver will drop me in darjeeling and then I will get another driver number. I was drop to darjeeling at about 1.00 pm but after waiting till 8.00 pm when I message for driver number then DebanshuSIR wake up and arrange for driver, after sometime when I got call from driver, he told that he get to know about me before 10 minutes and now our Tiger hill sunrise point not possible because permit time was up to 7.00 pm only. After a long loud conversation driver told that he will take us without permit and bribe police for the same. As I have not trust on Onn tours I refused the same to wake up 3 o'clock morning without confirmation and We keep it for next day but we also needed to drop sunrise because of cloudy whether.

I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMAND NOT GO WITH ONN TOURS AND AVOID ONN TOURS.

What's Good: Trip was excellent, well communicated , well cordinated amd value for money , however the travel was too hectic , if it would be planned in such away that trave time could ne resucwd would have been fabulous , was a but hectic on daily travel
What's Not Good: Travel was bit hectic

What's Good: Onn Tour was excellent in providing support. The Cab driver booked throughout the tour was excellent and very supportive.
What's Not Good: The traffic in town. It's nightmare better to avoid Cabs in town if you're with family.

What's Good: Cab drivers were well behaved, co operative and MAST but hotels were not 3 star as agreed.
What's Not Good: Hotel and confusing meel plan.

What's Good: We really appreciate the commitment of Onn tours and Vacation represtative who had been regularly in touch with us and was inquiring about our movements as per the itinerary. The Driver provided by Onn tours was very nice and friendly person who had been taking a good care of us while moving from one place to other. Overall a Very Good and memorable experience for us.
What's Not Good: The accommodation provided in Gangtok for two days was not up to the mark as rooms were not clean and tidy.

What's Good: The tour was planned amazingly.
What's Not Good: Not alplicable

What's Good: Driver from Bagdogra to Darjeeling was good.
What's Not Good: The hotels are booked in remote places. At Darjeeling when we reached the hotel for check in they have told no booking is done in my name or in the company name . When contacted Onn Tours they talked to the hotel manager, then he offered a Premium room(?) which was in 8th floor with lift from 1st floor to 6th floor only. While booking the trip itself I very specifically told that all 4 of us are 65 age and we need room in 1st floor or with lift facilities. After one hour they have allotted two small rooms where in we can not even move freely. Added to that the smell of toilet was unbearable. Having paid the money we were forced to stay there. The hotel is in a steep and narrow road where vehicles can not come so easily . Finally while returning from Darjeeling to New Jalpaiguri, we have to carry out luggage on our laps since sufficient space was not available in the vehicle. While booking itself I told very clearly that we are four people coming for a week with necessary clothes and woolen items. The company official informed that here all vehicles will have carrier in the top and it is not an issue. But entire travel we carried the luggage on our lap and we were unable to move our limbs. We came for some rest and rejuanation but ended with terrific experience.

One of the highlights of my trip was the trek to the Kanchanjunga falls, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. The trek was challenging, but the scenery made every step worthwhile.

What's Not Good: Local view time is very short it is closing upto 4 o clock,

What's Good: The Drivers and hotels were pretty good. Itinerary was well formulated.

What's Good: Everything was well organized. All stay options were good.
What's Not Good: Most of the places were dry in cheerapunji due to off season -Feb. And some places were closed. I would suggest to check this before going.

What's Good: Initially I was sceptical to plan North East visit with my family but with the reference from Holidify about Onn Tour Vacations, everything went well and smooth.

I sincerely appreciate the efforts of Mr. Debarshi Dutta Choudhary to plan out itinerary as per our schedule.

He is apt to be a Travel coordinator.

What's Good: The boating in Dawki river and visiting of caves in Cherrapunchi were excellent.
What's Not Good: The major attraction in Meghalaya, especially Cherrapunji is amazing water falls. However during the time of our visit in January first week, most of them were dry and we got disappointed.

What's Good: Excellent trip planning by Debarshi Dutta Choudhury and well executed!!
What's Not Good: Food at aambala retreat restaurant at Darjeeling

The planner has planned the journey smoothly and hassle free also assist about the locations and season so that I could ascertained the best time to visit the places, overall I have good experience
There is one issue with one hotel only rest all the things were great.

The entire experience was worth money. Onn tour Vacations did very nice job. Everything was very well planned by Mr. Debarshi. Enjoyed the Sikkim package a lot. I suggest and recommend Onn tour for a family outing.

Everything was planned perfectly and we did not face any issues and the driver Bibek was great.. Hotel provided in Gangtok was good and in Zuluk was a decent one. we would recommend Onn Tour for people who wish to book packages under them..

Driver was a decent person and out of 4 stays only one was satisfactory.
On very first day they booked a hotel which is not clean, no food was provided. Hotel staff was serving food and alcohol to the people till midnight but for us they told no food after 9.30pm. The home stays they told us in mawlynnong got changed at last minute. Moment we paid them the whole amount they started throwing useless excuses. It was frustrating for us. Will never do Bookings with onn tour for sure

We really liked the facilities provided to us by On Tour. The drivers provided to us behaved very well. The hotels were also well selected and took time very well. We were also taken around everywhere. The overall experience was very good.
we liked everything very much. The only thing that we did not like was that the distance from the hotel to MG Road and Mall Road was a bit too much, due to which we faced some trouble. In Gangtok, we had to pay up to ₹400 for a taxi to come from the hotel to MG Road, which we found a bit expensive. If the hotel was closer to MG Road and Mall Road, then perhaps we could have spent a little more time here.

Promptly changed the vehicle
Need to mature in the job they are doing. Planner need to understand the requirements of the tourists. Planner should visit the hotels and places they are planning. They are clueless about the job they are doing.
This kind of work, Anyone can do, why do I need a professional Planner for this?
I won't recommend this tour and traveller if you are looking for time efficient and luxury tour. This tour Planner is ok ok for and average tour.

Worst experience,driver doesnot know the sight seeing places,your partner company not responded ,noting to write any, bad experience with yo,now you just came for review,we were in trouble with driver no one responded,you and your partner company

Took 6D/5N Sikkim package. Provided discounts on flight fares, choicest hotel bookings and very good travel aid/driver at reasonable rates. Highly recommended to use ONN Tours.
