Very unethical behaviour. In case your trip is cancelled then forgot about your money. They treat you like aliens and never reply to your email nd calls.

Very sad experience with andaman online. Initially they were eager to help, after payment, also help seemed to dwindle. Starting from not picking up calls to no replies. Very very sad experience.

Do not get anywhere close to online andaman.Until the payments are done,response will be prompt..they will even reply at 12midnight.But once the job isn’t done there won’t be anyone to attend your calls,neither will they text or reply to messages promptly..it has been almost 20 days since our trip ended and they haven’t refunded Our money which was because they couldn’t be provide the services they promised.

We have booked Green Ocean Ferry with Online booking agent, Online Andaman, for Port Blair to Havelock. While booking boat timing was 7 am and Green Ocean aurhoriry changed it'timing to 6 am. Now it is responsibility of Online Andaman to inform us about changes but they haven't informed us & we missed our cruise, it was lot of incovenience and other issues occurred due to this non-professional approach of Online Andaman team. I suggest all of you to contact directly Markuzz team or Green Ocean team for booking of ferries and never...never...contact Online Andaman team for any booking of hotel, feery or any other activities booking for your Andaman tour. I will give WORST ratings to Online Andaman team.
