What's Not Good: Scammer and poor response, beware before choosing this agency. I traveled to Srilanka on 20th august 2025 for 7days trip through Nio travel and tours. On the day arrival I was committed to do full settlement and so I did payment through net banking (1L INR) but the payment was not credited to him on time(Indian bank took 94hrs to transfer) So the owner Mr.Nuwan asked us to do transfer money through payment link immediately and he promised to refund the first transaction once received. I believed and did second payment and left the country on 27th august. Till now the refund is not processed by him and he don’t answer our phones or reply to our messages. Now we planned to go legally. So please be aware of this scammer agency
