1. Not given the hotel as requested and as written in intiniary.
2.depature was 11pm and already posted air ticket.Agent Agreed to send us at 9pm .but on that day the agent said to leave hotel by 12 pm.AND WE WERE DROPPED IN THE AIR PORT FOR 8HRS BEFORE OUR DEPATURE...

My trip from Kolkata to Manali Via Delhi was booked by Namaste Inde from October 11th 2016 to October 20th 2016, but due to some issues had to make the planning 11th September 2016 to 20th September 2016. Mr.Mayuresh Aurora (Owner) was very kind and helped me to revise my booking to my desired dates. Starting from Train, bus, Hotel stay, private car for the tour. I felt as if a family member of mine is doing these for me. He was constant in touch with me during the full tour so that we do not have any problems. My wife and myself had a wonderful time and the credit goes to Namaste Inde and Mayuresh Bhai. Tons of thanks and my next trip to anywhere in India. I wish all the success to Namaste Inde.
