We had booked My Tirth India for Ek Dham Yatra package (Kedarnath). Firstly, we would like to commend our guide, Mr Hemendra Kumar Mandal for his excellent guide service throughout our tour. We were also provided with a good car and driver. This was especially significant for us as we had to travel long distances during our tour. Also, we would like to applaud Ms Kamini for her customer service and dedication in ensuring our well-being on a daily basis. Even in the late hours, Ms Kamini was constantly checking up on us. Lastly, we would like to thank My Tirth India for giving us an unforgettable experience in Kedarnath - by making 3 of us share 1 room - as it was the same day that PM Modi was visting Kedarnath. On the whole, we had a memorable yatra & we would like to thank My Tirth India & the team for it.

I booked a puja through the website and it was wonderfully coordinated and handled. Helpline was prompt, they connected me to Richa who took all the hassle of puja preparation on my behalf from their side and made it smooth. I really loved the experience. Recently my tirth india performed a puja for me. The puja vedios were shared with me. Puja was performed very nicely in the Dharmic manner , how it is performed in the temple. Very Happy with the whole process they have arranged the puja.

Meaning to post this since 2 years. Recently re-remeberred our experience as one of us are on same piligrimage, so thought to post long-promised review . We had wonderful experience. I think it was around lock-downs, and they helped us organise multiple online pooja at different pilgrimages in 2021 at Kamakhya mata, Badrinath ji Dwarka Ji, Jaganaath Ji, et on the same day for one of seniors, while we were overseas. From the purohits, arranging time, the pooja's, the video streaming, the prasad ( receiving through courier at home). Authentic, earnest, professional, very satisfying. Though everything was arranged online, it was unique experience, but almost felt, we are physically present at the temple premises, as the purohits would also help show live video feed in and around temple where possible after pooja. Swarnali, had helped us arranged everything online, timely, responsive, understanding and taking our each request. They seem to know needs of piligrims well and their services are smooth. Going by rating, seems many experienced likewise. Keep up. Strongly recommend.

Indian Temple Tour staff is office staff is very nice and cooperative, from owner to other staff. My Do Dham trip but stressful due to driver who picked us from Haridwar to Kedarnath, Badrinath to Srinagar. He gave us lots of trouble and stress due to his personal issue with travel agency subcontractor from Haridwar team. Apart from this the trip was good and good durshen of Kedarnath and Badrinath. Indian Temple tour team made our trip at the end successful. I have only feedback and advice for them for driver selection, it’s good if they assigned or hire good drivers for particular region to avoid any issue what we faced while trip. Thanks a lot for all team for their great support and communication in each place where we visited and where we required their assistance. Richa ji, is truly an asset to the company. I was really not satisfied with the first order that was delivered last year. She took my complaint on priority, she not only sent me parshad again but reassured me that I will always get order on time in future. My order from Ayodha just got delivered is 2 days, fresh and better than expected. This is called as customer experience service recovery and we do all make mistakes but exceeding expectations what Richa ji did was commendable. Thanks.
