Ms Paradise Holidays

I booked my package through MS Paradise. Kiran Ranta, Harman who pretends to run this bogus company are criminals. Read honset reviews on Goggle with search word as fraud. Rest are all fake reviews. All her so called employees Susheela, Rajat, Amit, Pushpakabir are with criminal background. Kiran Ranta and Harman have criminal charges on them for cheating and fraud. They took money before hand and harassed us at every stage. Kiran Ranta did not pay at both the hotels Kasol and Manali as well poor cab driver. She and her so called team is an eyewash. They are all criminals. With many police cases registered on them. People don't waste your hard earned money on these criminals. They can lie and go to any extract to fleece money from you. Beware!! Kiran Ranta and Harman are criminals.

Very unprofessional people, they will keep you hanging after taking advance. And within tour also they do not pay to cab and hotels and inturn they keep you waiting for check-ins and cab movement.

Wrong promises of hotel booking, they will take 50% money from u and at hotels u only have to pay , at the runtime they will increase hotel and cab charges and u don't even know these people only virtually contact so u will fill helpless in other cities,they only focus on profit never believe on customer satisfaction, I was in 5 days honeymoon tour but these guys totally ruined my trip.

Mandi was great with the entire process from planning to updates during the trip. We had 11 people and everything was perfectly executed.

We had wished for a long time to go to Leh,our last year trip with a south Indian travel company o Darjeling Sikkim didn't go well due to language issues with the local and our south Indian travel agents,so we were looking for some travel agent from North when we came across Paradise travels.Their rates r reasonable.Our trip was so well organised thanks to Mr Karthik.Our local tour incharge was the hotel Manager in which we stayed Azaz@Hotel Jorchung,Leh.
He guided us so well especially due to the dynamic situation there with our health issues due to mountain sickness.Our plans had to be changed especially when they realised how we were coping and he suggested stay at Tangtse instead of Pangong,took extra efforts to arrange rooms there.The vehicle,driver,food,itenary all very well organised.Hotels were good too but due to the electricity situation there, missed heaters at Nubra.There was a temporary room heater at Tangtse with gas cylinder.
The food was usually a buffet breakfast and dinner.At Leh we could place orders and we South Indians got to eat Bajji and Pakoda at request,was awesome to eat in the chill weather.
We were lucky to see snow as we went between May 12_17 th 2023.The location is excellent but bit tough physically unless u r really motivated.I would recommend to stay for a very short period[5_10min ONLY] at Chanla pass Khardungla pass as that precipitates AMS.
Overall I would say that we(usually being difficult customers )were very happy with their services and would definitely choose them and suggest them for further trips also.Thanks Paradise travels and thanks Mr Karthik!

Post COVID it was our 1st family vacation so we were so excited for it. After so many comparison of itinerary & quote received from different tour agent, have selected Paradise Holidays as our tour agent.
