Well planned n organise trip ...awesome facilities ...hotel was also good n driver provided by Mnk was also good

Very happy with mnk service, they guys are very professional and helping, our vehicle breakdown at night but mr.pawan was always in touch with us. Hotel is very good, driver rohit was very polite. Overall 4.9 star retting out of 5

We book a 16 personal tour from Delhi to Dharamshaala ...
1-AC was not working and they waste 3 hrs saying that we are changing Traveler but nothing happened
2- hotel they booked was 12 km outside from Main city and cost was so high with no service.
3- Driver was asking money after 100km ki 2000 dedo 3000 dedo.
4-Finally while returning to Delhi Bolt of tires break down and we hardly managed to save our life.

Please if you are planning to book any tour with these guys please cancel.

4.Can't Arrange 2nd Tempo Traveller

5. He took full money im half od trip

Very Bad experience with MNK holidays, Do not prefer this travels.

I originally reached out to a few agencies that specialize in shimla. The travel designer from this tour company contacted me. He was extremely patient in the time I took to make a decision. I had a few things on my "to do" list and left the rest up to him.We just got back 2 days ago ... everything was PERFECT. The designer Mr Pranav arranged someone to meet us every step of the way (and most were AMAZING). Anyone from NE can contact him and rest assured he will take good care of u..

Iam extremely disappointed with the trip. Main reason is the greatest driver. His worst attitude made us leave him in the middle and booked a other driver on our own cost separate from the booking amount. If such drivers are tied up with the travel agent, the passengers will be suffered at the end of the day. Initially I don’t want to give any feedback and don’t want to give review also for my trip but today once again got a sms to give the feedback. I felt it’s very much better to give my opinion.

Very bad experience. They are telling something and they will arrange different...no co-operation with mnk team no one will response correctly after booking package so please be careful better don't select this mnk package

you should make every things clear related to cancellation policy and advance refund and because we talk about on which budget you send me excess rate budget thats why i cancel my trip and got only 2000 rs.back just half .like i send that money on your trust but i was not satisfied with that but the representative was a good she was helpful

I booked a trip from MNK holidays to Haridwar Reshikesh Mussoorie trip was very nice we enjoyed. Hotel was good Reshikesh and Mussoorie hotel was Awesome. Good hopility by MNK.

The vehicle provided for transportation was very good and comfortable.The hotel accommodation provided/arranged were also decent and cosy.The management's were very friendly. The tour operator Mr Pawan was very helpfull and kept constant touch with the team. The entire tour was arranged was excellent.

Relatively new to the job, but sincere and hard working lot. Need to improve their networking. Hope they do well in future.
