It was a wonderful trip of 6 days. Everything was well planned. The travel guys took care of all our requests and made the trip extremely pleasing and relaxing. Even the driver was very helpful and told us how could we enjoy more. Thanks for the trip.

Milli Travels i guess was too good to be true.
First and foremost they formed our itinerary as per our convenience.
We had some last minute changes due to the weather conditions, but still without a flinch they rescheduled

The accommodation was good, at Vaishno devi and at Srinagar too


Last, but not the least the team of Milli Travels was superb. In problematic times, especially when the airports were shut, they personally came over to put our fears at rest.
They even went to the extent of offering cash repayable after we return home.
In few days we were a family.

My sister and I had travelled to kashmir for 4 nights and 5 days ( feb 17 th, 2019 ) We had booked our trip through Mili travels and I must say that this was the best decision we made . The person who coordinated with us was iqra and she was very very helpful and explained all the details of our package and stay . A detailed mail was sent to us along with our itenary . From the time we landed in kashmir to the time we got dropped to the airport for our departure , everything was taken care of . Iqra Mam , never failed to call us and ask us about how well our day went and was always ready to address our issues ( though there wasn’t any issue. It was perfect ) . When we wanted a slight change in the itenary , she readily helped us and made it possible . They were very flexible with our agenda . The driver sent for us and the hotel booked for us were upto the mark . Though we were in kashmir ,we felt like home . Mr . Nazir who drove us around was very very helpful and patient with us . He guides us with the right information and was on time for our daily schedule . The hotel and staff were amazing . We never felt unsafe . Everything was perfectly organised . For two girls travelling alone to kashmir , they took care of us perfectly . This is the best travel agency and I would definitely recommend it to my friends .pocket friendly and very well organised . We dint have to worry about anything at all . Iqra is the best person to talk to . Cheers to Iqra and team . We both cannot thank you enough for making this trip wonderful and memorable trip . And kashmir is safe for tourists . Tourists are treated with utmost respect . People are warm and kind . Ready to help . Gunlmarg and phalgam were breathtaking . The warmth of Kashmiri people melted our hearts . I am from Faridabad and it was our maiden trip to Kashmir of 6 nights & 7 days ,with my family . I feel great that I decided to move ahead with Mili travels and now I can say that yes they are the best travel agency in Srinagar. Not just great prices but they are the best in terms of client servicing and understand what a traveler looks for especially when it comes to place like Kashmir. I would especially like to thank complete team of Mili but my special thanks to Iqra and lucky(our guide) who helped us a lot and made our trip very convenient and awesome.We had some issues with hotel which Iqra and her manager Firdaus helped us last moment and upgraded us to better hotel which I believe the best part of the tour and is unforgettable.The relationship that Mili created with us is simply phenomenal and I advise everyone who reads feedback to go ahead with Mili Travels when it comes to your plan for Kashmir or Leh. Ms.Iqra my coordinator was quite helpful however my trip could have been much better.
Lack of communication in terms of meals (not informed that I will be getting breakfast either on day of arrival or departure)that is when I arrived 8 am in hotel and departed at 10am.
Driver on every single day of my trip was new whearas I was confirmed that the same driver will be throughout the trip.
Rooms provided in Leh (hotel grand Yasmin) were good only thing was one room was leaking water from roof for continuous 2days as it was raining. Reported to hotel manager( Ratan Singh) but no action taken. Rather said no rooms are available so I have to manage. Hotel needs a lot improvement in hygiene in terms of house keeping and maintenance.
Rooms provided in nubra were not appropriate and not acceptable reported for same to manager and coordinator. Manager again responded that no rooms available. However later said will change rooms at 11pm.if any room is available. Even 6-7 rooms were available. Checked the register and visited the rooms personally. For me travelling with family with kids changing room at 11 pm was like teasing me. The most annoying part.

I was extremely satisfied with Milli Travels. Ms. Iqra, has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to organize at the best our trip to Leh in the five days available. The guides and drivers are very professional and friendly, the accomodations simply superb. I highly recommend it, Ms. Iqra will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience!
