Overall the trip to North Sikkim with memorymakers vacation was good enough. Package cost was nearly appropriate. Without a good car and experienced driver any hilly terrain tour is not a pleasant one, but here they provided very friendly and well-behaved driver to us. In other services, the hotels (in Lachung they should change the hotel 'Sewaro Inn" for hotel owner's poor service) provided by them and hassle-free response with them in any doudts ir issues really made us happy with Memory Makers Vacation....

My review is for Mr Kailash and reflects on the values and policies of Memory makers as well. Hotels chosen: No complaints about the location or the Hotels in general. Permits arranged: only arranged for Thimphu and Paro. Did not arrange for Punakaha and Haa valley, for which I had to pay a fine at the check post. For extension of Permits for paro and Thimphu...he asked me to head for paro...midway when I called him he says he cannot help and I must do it myself. Planning: Very poor. In my mail to him I had clearly mentioned about my mode of transport being my own motorcycle and requested the route to be planned accordingly. Still bookings were made for Bumthang where the roads were full of snow and even the permits were not arranged for Bhumthang. Hotel Booking: upon cancelling the bhumthang booking due to lack of permits, the refund amount has not been returned to us and Mr Kailash had not been answering his phone and avoiding my calls.
