They took 30% advance from me for my trip, but few days later when I tried to reach them, got the numbers either switched off or not reachable. Tried multiple times from different numbers, but same result. Got no response via mails too. Complaint raised with TripCrafters too but not resolved. Thanks for ruining my vacation.
