As per my experience, Aman (owner) is a very genuine, helpful guide for Mauritius trips. Not to forget that his rates would be unbeatable. I will totally recommend Aman if you wish to holiday in Mauritius. Get your trip customized the way you want with his help. Select any dates (note that direct flights from Mumbai or Delhi do not fly on all the days), any season, any region, hotel (3*,4*,5*), any rooms (beach view, garden view, Standard view) - Aman will get back to you swiftly with the best quote. He even provides us the tips, workaround for drinking water, salt in food etc (you will understand this stmt if you have read in detail about Mauritius).
I had the best stay at Radisson blu poste Lafayette where I booked standard room however during check-in thankfully due to garden room availability, hotel provided me a free upgrade.
I flew in February 21st this year via Air Mauritius. Sadly due to technical reasons flight got delayed 5 times and final took off after overall delay of 14.5 hours. It did ruin our initial mood during our well planned honeymoon trip :(. Post trip we followed up more than 3 months with Air Mauritius to get the reimbursement against the losses I suffered. Aman assisted me by providing whatever documents airline were requesting from time to time. Finally in July I got my refund of 1 night stay of 4*hotel.
