last year in 2018 when Kerala flood happen, i had paid an advance two months before, but not yet received the refund, since from last one year i m following up, but no reply, please don't make any advance payment to such type of companies,

We received for our Alleppy houseboat stay dated 12th dec 2018 .
We had booked our stay through Sheena who promised us that it will be as per our standards.
Here goes the number of issues we faced for which we regret booking our trip through MOM(Make our moments)

Firstly, as per itinary the stay was at cruiseland.in whereas, later we discovered that it was at some cheap Lakepark view and the change was done at the last moment without our consent.
Secondly,the boat images we received pre-booking were completely different than what we experienced and I am pretty sure that there were no quality checks performed by any of their team member.
That place was untidy with stained bedsheets, filthy bathroom, tasteless food etc and thanks for making us spend our 1st anniversary at such an inhospitable environment.
Would never recommend them

The tour was excellent. The service provided during tour days are good and the communication with Mom representative is excellent all through the tour.

Right from the start of the arrival at Cochi Airport to Drop ,driver Sandeep behaved quite abnormally and arrogant. We went to Cochi on 29th Jun for 5 days trip along with my family members. Hotel stay and hospitality at Hotel were all beyond expectations.

To start with, At wood resort in Munnar was quite good, we stayed there for 2 days and Driver Sandeep was to take us around the places of Munnar. We had unforgettable experience with him. I am still in dilemma as to what we did to him that caused him behave rude. He was very very rude. We didn't want to complaint to the Travel agent which is "MakeOurMomentts" as we were half way of the trip.

I am sure it would have been much more worsen had i complained about his behavior during the trip. He dropped us back at the airport on 3rd July and dropped all our baggage and immediately ran away without even a courtesy "Bye". We proceeded with baggage check-in's and got into airport and then we rang Seena and told her what had happened all these days. She assured she would escalate issues and give me a ring next day but none called as on today.

I also did read all reviews here but surprisingly none of the reviews were below average and i felt like i was the only unfortunate guy which turned out to be a bad experience with him. Anyways, If you have made up your mind to go with this travel agent then i would suggest you do this below.

1.Never ever choose Seena as your Travel agent (Ask for a different travel agent in the same company and next point of contact for any escalations)
2. Never ever Sandeep as a driver cum guide.
3. Don't make full payment upon your arrival. Tell them that you will clear 20% of the amount on the last day.

If you think my reviews are fake, I can send you screenshot of the conversation with Seena. Booking was done on the name of Mrs.Sushmitha. I hope makeourmoments take some serious action on both of these guys.

Don't select them. They have very poor executive team who don't have any knowledge of distance between two place of their own state. Worst driver. Management team very talented in supporting their team and console us just to avoid their loss. Money minded. Pls don't pay fully, they will take things for granted, even if we have aged people (Sr citizens) and kids. They don't mind us suffering bcus of their poor executive team. False commitment by the entire team. Only good thing in the trip was the rooms provided. Driver was very aragont, not giving any respect to tourists. Don't select them.

I visited Kerala for 10 days holiday visit from Dubai. I took the 3-star package from Make our Moment Company (trip executive-Ms. Jesna). They confirmed that 3- star package will be good for a family of 4 persons. However, to my surprise, the whole trip was full of mismanagement and chaos. The car they given with driver for travel was very poor and uncomfortable and had a tough time changing the car from MOM. The 2nd car they sent was good but the driver (Mr. Anil) was rude and had no sense, of how to behave with customers. I lodged complaints against him, but his manager (Mr. Varun) seems to be unprofessional and uncooperative also. Lastly, I had to terminate the trip schedule without any refund.
The driver Anil especially was very bad and I had the big fight with him.
Make our Moments is a fraud company trapping innocent travelers and never give you the promised services. They will repeatedly bother you for completing the payment during your holiday and not even bother to threaten you.
Request you to never fell into the trap of this company as its worst agent, if you are traveling as a single family.

Trip was excellent. Make our moments make our tour excellent. Thank you very much Ms Seena for your help in the entire tour..

2 star for 1st 3 days disappointed last 2 days.
In our package alleppy sightseeing like beach museum etc but after houce boat pilot directly drop in coachi city .in our plans 6 point to visit in coachi but I can saw only 3 .
Last 2 days wast my time and money.

A very good arrangement by the organization,well behaved staff and affordable cost.Transpot very luxury,van pilot well behaved and good guide.

Wonderful arrangements no negotiation proper quotation for a customised tour and also proper call back every day

We had a good trip to kochi and alleppey. Nice stay in hotel and resort. Wonderful day in houseboat. Everything was good.

Make our moments is good but in some cases they need to improve like

1) Hotels like birds valley, tiger roars food is not good (please do not suggest these hotels to anyone else) Leaf munnar, abard harmonia hotels are good there food is also good.

2) In houseboat food is good, but cake is not that much good there should be proper cream cake available and candle light dinner is not given to us and decoration full of flowers bed is required which is not given to us.

Good one is- 1) Service is good 2) Driver Saran i can give him 10 stars, He is good in his driving and talking, calm, polite. You can suggest him for other trips also.

Amazing guy steve, but might have lack of knowledge as of how impress ur partner, had 1st exprience in my whole life where candle light dinner had a buffe!
More-over 3 couples were provided 5 seated innova, for 10 long days of tour, can you imagine!! Hotels were amazing excluding stinking, "house-boat" grand by stinking as hell! Overall beautiful places, helpful people, just don't expect even a bed decoration for a single night!!

I am not satisfied in your package. i am not seen any places as per your itinerary. Hotel & Boat House only worth.. other than nothing else.

make our movement organize my trip very well, we enjoyed my trip without any hassle.make our movement has chosen hotel to good.

Well i would certainly refer them as they are a start up and working hard to give the best services, In my case trip to Munnar Allepy was very much planned by me and well executed by MOM.

One of the advice would be always to check from our end what sought of stay is desired and understand the resorts services upfront.

only one thing need to notice that instead transfer us to Cherai from Kochi airport Munnar will be prefferable and same day added to Thekkady then its more enjoyable. bt it was very nice

Both car trip and lodgings were fabulous and quite satisfying. The service of the lodgings were great. The driver was also excellent. Overall, I really loved the entire trip that I had arranged with Make our Moments. Thank you for your excellent service!

It was well planned and executed beautifully. I didn't face any kind of troubles with the journey or with the stay... I would refer my friends and relatives to take a chance to experience a wonderful trip with" Make Our Moments". Thanks to all the crew and specially Mr.Steven, who arranged everything beautifully and made our trip memorable, it was really worth experiencing such a trip...the entire trip was really awesome.....
