What's Not Good: Extremely Poor Experience with This Travel Agency – Please Be Cautious

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this travel agency and feel it’s important to share it so others can be cautious. They made numerous promises upfront but failed to deliver on every single one of them.

Their communication was shockingly poor — emails were left unanswered, and phone calls were ignored. The itinerary they provided was not followed at all. The driver seemed uninterested and kept only counting the days rather than assisting us. Even though we paid 50% of the total amount in advance, we were later told we had to pay extra for dinner, which they promised would be deducted from the total amount and that the driver would assist us with commuting for dinner. However, the driver flatly denied helping during the trip.

We had planned to visit three places, but only two were covered. On the last day, the driver forced us to pay an additional amount for the third place. When we tried contacting the agency, there was no response. Instead, they instructed the driver to demand the remaining payment of around ₹4,000. After we paid, the driver immediately informed us that the third place would not be possible at all. The delays were entirely due to the driver’s slow and careless driving at only 50 km/h on an empty highway.

Upon returning to the starting point, the driver and his owner were aggressive and threatened us to pay more.

I strongly advise everyone to beware of this travel agency — their service is unreliable, misleading, and unprofessional.

What's Good: The trip was well arranged and stays options was also good

What's Good: Thanks all make my travls team to give best service like hotel view superb (satyam hotel in Manali),car, food. Really had a excellent trip with family where the car service was fantastic. Driver Dhanraj was very nice, cooperative and was good human being also available at dot time, when needed. I will like to plan all my future trips with make my travls with friends. All the best ??

What's Not Good: Everything was great ?

What's Not Good: The hotel booked for us is WILD WOOD, this hotel is located near mall road and no taxi is allowed there from 6am to 10pm and private vehicle are not allowed after 4pm. However on enquiring with hotel recepttion they clearly told that this location issue is already communicated to tour company. Pickup and drop service provided by hotel is available only after 11am and only a single echo van is available for whole hotel guests. Due to this we had a very bad experience on the trip and moreover we need to call ericksaw to move from hotel to cab pickup points and vice-versa. The charges of ericksaw is 500 per trip. Alot of time and 3000rs got wasted alongwith inconvenience. Further I tried to contacted makemytravels on morning of 27th but there is no response.

What's Good: I liked All services with cab hotels ...driver behaviour was really good i made plan for south India...."Miss Kanika Gupta" given best tour plan..i will recommend my next tour to Make My Travls .....

What's Not Good: 3000 Pay extra charges due to mistakes by make my travels employee. He booked lower class accommodation at pelling.

What's Not Good: I like nothing about this travel company. Infact I m gonna report about it in a consumer court.

Agent named Arohi Sharma booked my trip and it turned out to be the worst trip of my life. this agent could not even provide me the basic facilities. Kabhi bhi is company ke sath apna trip book na kare sara pesa waste ho jyga literally sara pesa ..badtameeze alag se saho. Bas pesa mangne ko phone atta hai. Aur dhamki bhi dete hai ki pesa nai diya to ye ho ga bo hoga. Hotel or gaadi hi book karna ho to customer khud karle apko pese dete kyu hai. Is company ki wazah se ab me kabhi kisior travel agency par believe nai kar paungi. N they even dnt apologise.

What's Good: We booked from Make My Travls. But they provided a very bad hotel at Shimla (No Road to that Hotel) but did not even change / exchange that hotel nor did they give us any discount for the po

What's Not Good: – Unprofessional and Mismanaged Our recent trip booked through make my travals turned out to be a complete mess. They forced us to make payments at multiple points—driver, hotel, and others—which were not clearly communicated earlier. The property we had originally booked near Jim Corbett was suddenly canceled, and we were shifted to another hotel 20 km away without proper notice or explanation. Despite being told that the driver was pre-booked, we received no contact from him. At the last moment, a different person showed up who had no clue about the itinerary and was completely disinterested in helping us with our planned visits. Shockingly, there were no arrangements made for the driver’s meals or stay, and we had to bear those expenses as well. Worst of all, the agency’s representatives were unresponsive throughout the trip. The only time they got in touch was to inform us where we had to make additional payments. Their lack of professionalism, planning, and basic customer service ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. Not recommended at all. Please avoid this agency if you want peace of mind during your travels.

What's Good: Hotels service was good though accessibility of hotel in mussoorie ( city palace )was steep and parking limited so even the driver though very good was hesitant to come up to the parking of the hotel
What's Not Good: The package mentioned breakfast and dinner inclusion but at all the hotels were providing only free breakfast .Though we had made 75 percent payment by the 1st day of tour ,Agent was pestering for full payment everyday knowing well that dinner bill would have to be paid by us.Driver was also asking for payment for his expenses as he claimed he had not received any payment from the agent.So we made final payment after deducting dinner bills to driver and informed agent.it will be better to offer lower rate tour with only breakfast included to avoid such confusion and also mention payment amount and date clearly in the quote.

What's Good: The stay and Travel was very good! The car were clean and hotel was good as well
