Magic Sky High Trip Orginizer

What's Not Good: Respected Sir, I have booked Himachal tour including Amritsar from 26th May 2025 to 5th June 2025. Miss Priyanka was our tour operator. I have booked this tour on 1st May by paying Rs. 10,000/- advance. Stating her that we are Senior citizens, by day one she provides us hotels on high floors and not according to photos sent me on what's up. After taken objections she provide us same hotel in Shimla. Only in Manali she provide us hotel as per photos sent to me and it was good hotel. Again in Dharamshala hotel and it's location was not good and at Dalhousie provided room which have no proper ventilation after our objection provide us room on 5th floor, being Senior citizens we have taken our break fast and dinner in the room only. At Amritsar also same thing happened, but hotel owner told us by tomorrow morning I will give you best family room, accordingly he has given me. Regarding Rohtang pass it was mentioned in our tour that charges will be extra, accordingly driver has taken Rs 5000/- from me. After enquiry it's learnt that Rohtang pass fees is only Rs. 550/- . It means driver has taken Rs. 4450/-as transportation charges from me, which she didn't clear before tour. While enquiring with other peoples meet me during tour, they told me that transportation charges are included in our tour we have paid only Rs. 550/- extra. Overall my experience is that, if I have booked tour with you before 25 days ago, why did not you have provided hotels as per photos sent to me except Manali. It means for getting business they are showing photos of good hotels and actually they are not giving it. Hotel owners are saying we have no rooms available, After long drive and reached late at hotel we were also helpless.

A memorable trip. Most of it was a promised. Skiing place was a bit of a disappointment...it had only dirty snow.

Well our trip was very Exciting and adventuroius. mis priyanka planned our trip for shimla and manali very well. will rate 3 out of 5 for hotel. I visited in february 14th and celebrated my holiday in manali. .Thanks to Magic sky high trip and miss priyanka for your planning .

We are planning leh tour me and my husband. We have received an excellent service and enjoy our trip very well. There are many things to see I suggest u all to go there and enjoy ur moments. We had a great Himachal trip with Magic sky high Trip organized by Priyanka. We could experience seasons first snowfall in Manali. We covered amritsar, dalhousie, dharamshala, manali during our 9 days tour. All the hotels provided to us were very good .Complete tour was perfect. Thank you priyanka it was wonderful experience.
