We planned our honeymoon trip through MOV and it was our first experience with them so we were a little skeptical but really appreciate how well planned everything was and specially how responsive the team was even with the time difference. They are the worst travel agents that I have come across. You hire the agents to help you with booking so that any issue that comes would be solved by them. But they only coordinated at the time of booking only. Faced two big challenges: 1) Faced huge challenge when we applied for visa. They conveniently forgot to tell us to bring 1 particular document to the visa office. The guy at the visa counter explicitly told us that without that document the visa would be rejected. On enquiring with the agent she put the whole blame on her visa agent (though he was working for her only ). And on top of that she was very rude and very unsupportive. 2) we had booked very expensive cabs in our itinerary. Two times it happened that those cabs failed to report. This was escalated to this incompetent agency. She said she will certainly help us get at refund of €100. But it has been phone months but we have not got any solution. She never responds to calls or text messages.

They are the worst travel agents. I have travelled all around the world but have never seen such unproffessional, non cooperative, mismanaged and fraud people in my life. They made the trip so horrible that i and the orher 83 people on the trip wanted to run back to our respected houses. One of our group members suggested thatvit should be “Mad On Vacation” instead of Mad Over Vacation. They charged a heavy amount and then made us stay in 1* property and left some people just outside the bus and moved the bus without informing or checking. They wrote that lunch is included in universal and then they said we wrote it in one msg and deleted in the other. I recommend that no one should go with them or even let them book ur tickets as they will do fraud and nothing else
