What's Good: I and my team are very grateful to Krishna Travel DMC for our Sikkim trip. This trip was completed without any hassle for us and for this I am thankful to Anuradha Madam because she stayed with us throughout the trip and remained our guide.

The trip was well-organized, the communication was excellent, and I felt confident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to others.

What's Good: Excellent service. The only travel agent to understand our veg food needs, arranging an excellent hotel and make daily calls to check if everything in order. Seriously can't get better than this! We are very happy with the arrangements and services.

Hotel and vegetarian restaurant was excellent. Staff were very professional and courteous.

Driver was very good and skillful.
What's Not Good: There was issue with hot water supply in the hotel - it wasn't hot in tap and shower. This could have been handled better.

What's Good: Thanks to Krishna Travels especially Ms.Anuradha. Excellent logistic arrangements (Thanks to Mr. Subash) and accommodation. Swmmit Swiss heritage hotel in Darjeeling is excellent, vegitarian Food was good. Local site seeing locations are remarkable in Gangtok. Due to bad weather we could not visit Nathula pass which was really disappointed. Aurora hotel Room in Gangtok was good but there is no room heater to avail room heater facility you have to pay extra . Overall it is a memorable trip. Thanks to Krishna Travels once again.

What's Good: Agent were always in contact and also helped in changing date of stay in hotel.
What's Not Good: Lachen lachung driver Lakpa Sherpa took 800 cash from me which he said he will return but he didn’t. He also took his brother with us which we had allowed. He also made me pay parking and checkpoint entry fee.

What's Good: Overall very good experience, krishna travels has provide the excellent service to make the trip hassle free, they were continuously in touch with us through out the tour to make our trip comfortable specially Anuradha Mam. I really like to recommend krishna travels.

Well planned and flexible Itinerary with good hotels and nice car. Very humble drivers and hotel staff. Anuradha Ji called daily and asked about our day and if we faced any problem. Altogether I was really satisfied with their services.

Drivers are very good specially Tashi at pelling. Hotel at pelling is fabulous but at darjiling its ok type .

Our contact person Anuradha Das set one week long trip including all the must visit places like nathula,Gangtok,pelling,Darjeeling etc. Taxi services was good with really punctual and courteous drivers who also guided us throughout the tour.
