My feedback in regards to the recent trip to Bhutan which was planned and organised through KNG Tour & Travels - Travelling time Last week of December I was enquired back by Tara, she created an itinerary according to our travel plan for the limited days we were travelling to, covered almost all touristy places and provided good references in case of the hotels/ resorts to choose from. She also provided us with the basic details in regards to immigration facilities, clothing which we need to carry and some other useful things which we can expect during our visit to Bhutan. We were also provided the details of the cabs and guide whom we were travelling with in advance(before our departure from New Delhi). We travelled from phuentoshiling to Thimphu to Punakha and Paro. I and my friends expected a better, more knowledgeable, much more professional and much friendly guide but unfortunately the experience was quite unpleasant. It was a wonderful experience to work with KNG and would highly recommend to connect with them in case you’re travelling to Bhutan. The whole service was quite commendable. The driver James were calm, composed and experienced who were quite skilled and no rash driving. My personal suggestion would be travelling for atleast 10-12 days and travelling with KNG ‘s Tara- She is a wonderful lady, always available on calls/ texts for any queries. And last thing do your own research before travelling to Bhutan

The whole tour was well planned and executed from the pickup i.e.the touch down point at Bagdogra airport till dropping us back there. We are just back from our Bhutan trip and We had wonderful time. This is our first time traveling to Bhutan.We had no experience from which to build a plan of where to go, what to do, or how to organise or sequence our trip.As a result,we connected with Mr Bimal (KNG Bhutan tour and Travels) who was very attentive and responsive even when I asked questions and clarification.All his suggestion worked flawlessly and we enjoyed our trip completely. We visited all possible location without any issue and our guide Mr Baliman and Driver Mr. Utam Was very helpful and cooperative, they guide us properly to learn culture of Bhutanese people and gathering knowledge of the country. It was an amazing trip organised by KNG Bhutan. Right from the first point of connect till the last, Bimal ji had been very prompt & patient in handling all our queries however small & trivial they might be. The package was extremely competitive and Bimal ji had been very honest & upfront from the word go. We got to know thru him that Bhutan govt exempts SDF for one day in the duration of our stay. This information wasn't provided by any other operator. This honesty was so comforting & refreshing.And he also knew all the important places that needed to be covered. The handover from Indian to Bhutan side by our guide Sonam ji was seamless & hassle-free. Sonam ji has been a treasure house of information , very courteous , friendly. We were a group of all ladies so he had been extra careful in ensuring that we all were comfortable & secure. This concern was so comforting that we all ended up treating him as our younger brother. He was an amazing human being & best guide one could have asked for exploring Bhutan. His support to one of our group member during the hike to Tiger's nest was beyond what we could have asked for.. Special mention for our driver Subba ji who had been a silent support throughout our week in Bhutan. We would totally recommend team KNG for a sojourn of Bhutan!! They are the best!!!

KNG Bhutan tours and travels arranged us a beautiful trip. Our itinerary was planned meticulously and we had a smooth trip with no hurdles. The whole service was quite commendable. The guide was very helpful. He was always ready to clear out our doubts and make our trip memorable. Even the driver provided was quite skilled, no rash driving. The hotels that were booked for us were highly rated. Very clean and pristine hotel campus with well trained staff. The food was excellent too. Overall our whole journey was made the best. The arrangement was done perfectly.

Wonderful travels who took care of entire trip with no worries. Mr Bimal and Mrs Tara were superb hosts who genuinely care for their clients, almost felt at home with them. Especial shout out to Mr Sonam who was an excellant guide one could ask for a trip like this to the beautiful county of Bhutan. Even our driver was nice. All in all a good trip free of hassles fulfilled by kng travels.

Excellent service. The tour operators and guide are very polite and honest. They provided very good itenary plan. They managed our stay and travel in good conditioned SUV with very experienced driver. Overall our journey in Bhutan made fabulous because of KNG Bhutan. They suggested best places to visit and managed overall accomodation perfectly.

Our trip was really good. We covered all the famous spots of Bhutan and the hotels were very comfortable. Also our tour guide was phenomenal in explaining various things about the Bhutanese culture which we enjoyed very much. Our stay at Bhutan was memorable all thanks to KNG tours and travels!

KNG Travels organized our trip with outmost finesse, they tailored the schedule as per our needs and were very patient throughout the planning phase, Mr. Bimal was our one point contact person and he was in constant touch to make sure everything was taken care of. Our guide Mr. Lhanga and driver Mr. Rudra were at their best from start to finish of the trip, they were extremely polite, kind and compassionate. And it resonated with our interactions with others in Bhutan, so it’s befitting to say that the people of Bhutan have heart of gold! Me and mom enjoyed every bit of our time spent in Bhutan, and we highly recommend one must visit Bhutan atleast once in their lifetime.
