I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Bhutan trip organised by KNG Bhutan tours and travels guided by Balliman and driver Kumar, who were exceptionally helpful , polite and cooperative making the trip enjoyable by providing insights into bhutanese culture and ensuring a smooth travel experience. Travelling with them was a memorable experience. The accommodations arranged by KNG were top notch offering clean comfortable and well located hotels. The local cuisine provided during the trip was very delightful and tasty .We highly recommend KNG for anyone planning a trip to Bhutan.

My feedback in regards to the recent trip to Bhutan which was planned and organised through KNG Tour & Travels - Travelling time Last week of December I was enquired back by Tara, she created an itinerary according to our travel plan for the limited days we were travelling to, covered almost all touristy places and provided good references in case of the hotels/ resorts to choose from. She also provided us with the basic details in regards to immigration facilities, clothing which we need to carry and some other useful things which we can expect during our visit to Bhutan. We were also provided the details of the cabs and guide whom we were travelling with in advance(before our departure from New Delhi). We travelled from phuentoshiling to Thimphu to Punakha and Paro. I and my friends expected a better, more knowledgeable, much more professional and much friendly guide but unfortunately the experience was quite unpleasant. It was a wonderful experience to work with KNG and would highly recommend to connect with them in case you’re travelling to Bhutan. The whole service was quite commendable. The driver James were calm, composed and experienced who were quite skilled and no rash driving. My personal suggestion would be travelling for atleast 10-12 days and travelling with KNG ‘s Tara- She is a wonderful lady, always available on calls/ texts for any queries. And last thing do your own research before travelling to Bhutan

It was an amazing trip organised by KNG Bhutan. Right from the first point of connect till the last, Bimal ji had been very prompt & patient in handling all our queries however small & trivial they might be. The package was extremely competitive and Bimal ji had been very honest & upfront from the word go. We got to know thru him that Bhutan govt exempts SDF for one day in the duration of our stay. This information wasn't provided by any other operator. This honesty was so comforting & refreshing.And he also knew all the important places that needed to be covered. The handover from Indian to Bhutan side by our guide Sonam ji was seamless & hassle-free. Sonam ji has been a treasure house of information , very courteous , friendly. We were a group of all ladies so he had been extra careful in ensuring that we all were comfortable & secure. This concern was so comforting that we all ended up treating him as our younger brother. He was an amazing human being & best guide one could have asked for exploring Bhutan. His support to one of our group member during the hike to Tiger's nest was beyond what we could have asked for.. Special mention for our driver Subba ji who had been a silent support throughout our week in Bhutan. We would totally recommend team KNG for a sojourn of Bhutan!! They are the best!!!

We are just back from our Bhutan trip and We had wonderful time. This is our first time traveling to Bhutan.We had no experience from which to build a plan of where to go, what to do, or how to organise or sequence our trip.As a result,we connected with Mr Bimal (KNG Bhutan tour and Travels) who was very attentive and responsive even when I asked questions and clarification.All his suggestion worked flawlessly and we enjoyed our trip completely. The whole tour was well planned and executed from the pickup i.e.the touch down point at Bagdogra airport till dropping us back there. The handover from the Indian side to the Bhutan side was seamless and the immigration clearance was hazel free. The guide Mr.Sonam, is highly knowledgeable and bombards you with so much info that is is hard to digest. I had the best of time in Bhutan with my family of 4. Our one of the most memorable trip. Country is serene, peaceful and beautiful although costly but worth it. We got the best of the guide(Mr balliman) and driver(Mr Tej nath) Our guide Mr Baliman was one of the best and honest person I have met in a foreign land. We were 4 people including my 4 year old son. One of the incident which defines his hospitality was when my son in Thimpu had a severe pain bcoz of MUMS. Mr Baliman knowing well in advance that no medical service will be available in our coming traveling days(9N days to be precise). He went an extra mile to arrange(stood in crowded line) an OPD in the only govt. hospital in Bhutan for my son. I can't thank him enough. KNG owner Mr Bimal is the nicest person. He went an extra mile and is flexible to provide us the best service available. All the hotels were good. Thank you Mr Bimal ji for the lovely experience.

KNG Bhutan tours and travels arranged us a beautiful trip. Our itinerary was planned meticulously and we had a smooth trip with no hurdles. The whole service was quite commendable. The guide was very helpful. He was always ready to clear out our doubts and make our trip memorable. Even the driver provided was quite skilled, no rash driving. The hotels that were booked for us were highly rated. Very clean and pristine hotel campus with well trained staff. The food was excellent too. Overall our whole journey was made the best. The arrangement was done perfectly.
