Dear Executive,

Kindly check my below concern and experience of this journey. Which is completely wrost, since starting there are lots of issues regarding this journey.

As I have booked my ticket through MakeMyTrip to start a journey from Delhi to dehradun with family.

1)On 20th June 2018 my bus timing was 9:30pm.but bus came on 10 pm and departed on 10:30 pm.
2)bus also changed-:as we have booked only ac seated bus but bus came with sleeper coach.
3)staff behaviors-: driver and other designated support staff on bus was treating with passengers badly and by rude behavior. Seat also not provided as per booking ticket. Allocated different different seats for passengers. When other passengers and myself asked for the booked seat then bus staff threatened by saying you can get down if you don't Want to sit on the seat provided by bus support staff.
4) ac was not cooling properly in bus - : regarding the same when we approached to the bus driver and support staff to resolve the ac concern then both said they don't know how to fix the issue. And if anyone have problem can get down immediately. Bus support staff also said that we can make more money by giving your seat to someone if you get down now.

5)immediately when I call on make my trip call center then executive registered my complaint and called the and immediately taken the kings holidays tours owner (Mr. Yogesh: contact number :9212614293) on conference call to resolve the concern and Mr. Yogesh also committed to resolve the concern immediately by transferring my family to another bus.
But unfortunately after 10 min he also raised the hands by saying no to us (no other bus available and need to travel in the same).

I explained him to understand the concern as ac is not working in the bus and each and every passenger facing problem in the bus during this staring journey. But said sorry only without resolution.

As I was traveling with my four family members to enjoy holiday but starting journey of my holidays given me the wrost experience and I felt helpless by this booking and journey.
Entire family felt discomfort and suffocation during this journey due to ac and other concerns.

I will request make my trip to investigate on the same by taking the individual feedback of each customers who have traveled in this bus on 20 June 2018 and booked tickets thru MakeMyTrip and service provided by kings holiday tours.

Now kindly check my previous record as I am a regular customer of make my trip since there year and traveling on international
and domestic level. And I never felt any problem /concern.

But now from today onwards I have left my faith and going forward I will never use make my trip services.if the company Will not take any strict action against this company ( kings holiday tours).
This tour company completely cheating with customer on the behalf of MakeMyTrip.

I will request the team kindly take the strict follow up on the same. Or else I will take legal procedure on the same by utilizing the consumer rights.

As I hope you will understand the same being as a passenger nobody want to have this kind of disgusting experience even after booking online tickets by make my trip.
