As we booked our family tour to South India with 'Keralayathra Tours And Travels" as per your recommendation we faced lots of issue in terms of hotels, and services the travel agent provided.
I would personally not recommend anyone to use"Keralayathra Tours And Travels' to book their tour to any parts of India as they are unprofessional in their work and service.

The experience was good and the support provided by Mr Madhu of Keralayathra was exceptional.. He was always there to assist me. All the hotels which were booked by Madhu were awesome and the hospitality given by them I really loved it.. I would like to recommend keralayathra to my other friends as well and also wish to opt for keralayathra for my future trips..

1) Tiruanantapuram was not included.
2) The taxi driver was very good in all respects.
3) Hotels provided were decent & comfortable.
4) Allepuza backwaters was dirty & unpleasant but hotel was good.
5) Assistance & cooperation by Mr Madhu was commendable.
6) Feel like repeating with Keralayathra & recommending to friends.
