Even after the payment mode is already fixed, we will make your tour toxic by asking for money in advance as soon as the tour starts.

I am very thanky to Sonu arranged a brilliant trip for us. And Joy who helped us in Sikkim. We thoroughly enjoyed every hotel we stayed in was amazing. Our all drivers were great and safe drivers.. it was brilliant and m thankful to Sonu for arranging the trip for wonderful and making our trip a success

We travelled 8 adults to sikkim on 25th Dec 2019 thru Tatreng tours and travels.. They have arranged everything in a planned manner.. All hotels are awesome and had a great hospitality.. special thanks to Yak and yeti gangtok hotel owners and other hotels also good in lachen klifton crown and lachung Deezong hotel and Raj Darbar in siliguri ... All cab drivers are also too gud and overall arrangement by Sangey and sonu from travels are awesome.. keep it up guys.. we all had a gud time and remarkable unforgettable experience..

Leave some incidents overall tour was excellent. In gangtok hotel yak and yeti services is very very good and hotel staff is also very good and familiar and delhi head sonu sing is also very helpful beware of jain group of hotels specially in pelling very bad service and staff behavior is very bad included manager but thanks sonu sing for solve my problem in pelling and gangtok tour manager mr Sangey is also very good and cool person

Thank you for arranging a good trip for us in Sikkim. All of us enjoyed it a lot. Sikkim is a beautiful state and the people are wonderful. They are friendly and seemed to be a very happy lot.
Pelling was probably the best stay for us. The staff at 108 was good and eager to serve and looked after us very well.
Lachung hotel rooms were excellent with a great view of snow topped mountains, however, food was poor.For that I would not recommend that hotel.
Our driver, Kalyan, is a safe and quiet one. Drives very well which made us feel comfortable. I would not say that for Nandu Roy. But, Nandu was more communicative and shared a lot of information about places enroute.
Regretfully we couid not you meet in person.
Once again I thank you and will recommend Kelly to my friends.

Dolma did a very good job. Everything was perfect.she was detail orientated and briefed us well before our trip and there was no need to follow up on anything. It was a wonderful and memorable vacation for us.

We visited Sikkim and Darjeeling tour. Kelly made this trip a awesome one. Dolma was very kind and helpful. Tour coordinator Tom well organized this trip. Drivers are experienced. Pelling Cottage owner Pem is a gem of a person. He was so kind, understood our needs and provided required support. Food was homely and delicious. Except minor issues and Lachung hotel cleanliness, everything was fine. Definitely will recommend my friends. Keep it up, well done !!!

Very bad experience., not worth the money. Dolma is very keen on money .. no body picks calls after putting us in bad rooms.It would have been decent and nice if we had booked rooms online ,as in Sikkim rooms are available for even 2000 .. which is very nice . Dolma has collected lump sum and put us in a third rated hotels where there were no reception people in the hotel ., we had to wake up the cooking people and the rooms were horrible.we had to rebook the rooms there and they had no courtesy to return back our money. Kindly don’t book through these people . Online OYO app based rooms are far better and your tour will be memorable instead of fighting with these ..Dolma and Tom

Though the place was amazing the travel experience with this agency made us to remember Sikkim forever...!! bcz of our no mistake. We travelled with this agency and rented a vehicle from 31st October 2018 to 05th November 2018. The first 5 days travel was good and driver was also decent and well behaved. Whereas they are very poor in maintaining time. Like any other travel agency, they had also taken our itinerary and travel details like arrival and departure flight details much before our journey. Whereas the driver was very poor in maintaining his timing to reach airport on our way back. He was supposed to reach our hotel by 8 am to pick up for our 3.20 pm flight (since travel time to airport takes around 4 to 5 hrs max, considering all type of medium to heavy traffic). Whereas the driver reached our hotel at 9.00 am after we are calling him for 8-9 times. We even called our tour manager Mr. Tom & Ms. Dolma. Whereas they were also keep telling that driver will come soon. And also after the late arrival of driver he was roaming within the city and his parking area for their own work and on the way back he went to take permit for his next trip and almost 35-40 mins he made us to wait on the way even after our constant reminder about our flight timing.

Even once we reached Jalpaigudi the driver was very scared to over take other vehicles and he was looking like poor driver in city limit (though he was managed to drive in hill stations lachen and lachung ). Finally he dropped us at 2.50 pm for 3.20 pm flight (Obviously we had missed our flight because 40 mins before the departure the gates closes). And when we asked the driver to contact their office and reimburse us for their mistake in delayed approach and their personal works, the concerned manager Mr. Tom & Ms. Dolma both were telling us to stay in Bagdhogra for that night ( no one can affords this since all will have their official leave plans already). And obviously even for next day the flight tickets were very high. So we were forced to spend Rs.17000/- per couple i.e., Rs.34,000/- for four people, for one way from Bagdhogra to Bangalore ( the cost of our flight for one way costed us more than the total amount of Rs.25K pad for 5 days travel).

The mangers are very poor in customer service. They are not even courteous to give some solution (when it is purely the mistake of their own driver). More over they had promised us that they will be giving some other driver on that day (who had picked us from Airport). But they sent this driver and made our trip to SIKKIM an horrible experience.
So we suggest people to take care of your journey timings (Especially when you are travelling in Flight or train) before going with this agency. Very worst agency to avail service.

The best trip arranged by Dolma and Team,

I become a fan of Mrs Dolma Wangdi,who designed our trip plan.she arranged things beyond package limit at odd times as well.Vehicles were readily available as they own the vehicles.All cars were neat and clean, also all drivers were well mannered and language was not a problem.

Our 6 day trip to Gangtok and Pelling was wonderful, thanks to Dolma and Tom's excellent service and also having a great driver like Chandra. We had originally booked for North Sikkim, but due to landslides we were unable to go there. Thankfully, Dolma immediately changed and rearranged our trip to Pelling for 2 days. The driver was very skillful in driving through the roads that was full of landslides and he was very helpful in helping us with more sight seeing places and very patient in heeding and suggesting the itineary.The accomodation was good, however it could have been better still.

I would recommend anyone to book a Sikkim trip with Kelly Tours without any doubt

Our 10 day trip to Sikkim in May 2018 was absolutely hassle free due to the excellent vehicle service provided by Dolma and Tom.
While booking with them I was little worried, as in Sikkim all the vehicles are on point-to-point basis, so you don't get a dedicated one.
But they managed the vehicle and driver changes so well that we didn't have to bother a bit.
All vehicles (Innova) were in good condition, the drivers were excellent, and reported on time.
We covered the major part of Sikkim with Umang. I must say, his driving expertise and humble attitude made us very comfortable.
Dolma also maintained personal connect throughout our stay, which is appreciable.
I would recommend everyone to go with Kelly Tours without any doubt in mind.

Most pathetic experience ever. Kelly Holidays are the worst tour operators ever seen. We were on a family trip for Darjeeling and Sikkim, but these people ensured that we donot enjoy!
Firstly, they sent the worst driver ever ...Mr. Umang, who has no sense of driving, who drinks and drives on such risky roads and when we ask him to stop for tea, meals, etc he doesn't stop giving n number of excuses without caring for the tourist needs. He would only care to stop where he gets his commission and would care only to reach the destination.
Secondly, the hotels booked by these people were not even eligible to be called hotels, specially in Lachung and Darjeeling. Such pathetic rooms with mice and cockroaches and clumsy rooms.
Thirdly, these people donot pay for the hotel bookings in advance and everytime while check out, the hotel used to ask for money and then we used to coordinate with Mrs. Dolma and Mr. Tom and then after lot of conversations with the hotel they finally allow us to check out after wasting so much of time.
Fourthly, they have no coordination amongst themselves, so what we ask Mrs. Dolma, is not communicated to the driver and vice versa. Mr. Tom only knows to talk politely, but with negligible management. Driver Umang and Mrs. Dolma sometimes lose the politeness also.
Fifth, we wanted to visit Nathula pass in Gangtok and we were promised by these people, but on the previous night hey inform us that they couldnot arrange the passes. When we tried from our end, it was done easily. So, we understood that they didn't have the intention to make us visit Nathula pass because they could save some money.
Finally, while returning we had our train from Jalpaigudi road, but we were dropped or rather thrown at New Jalpaigudi road which is 30 kms before Jalpaigudi road, just because the Driver Umang was reluctant and Mrs. Dolma supported him by saying that all tourist book from New Jalpaigudi only, so they will drop at NewJalpaidgudi only and not Jalpaigudi road.
I advise the readers to not to make mistake of booking throgh Kelly holidays or else your holidays will be a nightmare.

The Staff is very cooperative and takes care at each point.

It was an awesome experience for me to travel the whole of Sikkim, Pelling in West, Lachen & Lachung in North, Namchi in Centre, Gangtok in South and Dzuluk & Padong in Eastern Sikkim. Everywhere, Kelly Tours (especially Dolma) has given us superb transportation and hotel stay. Overall, extremely well managed trip!! I whole heartedly suggest Kelly Tours to anyone planning a trip to Sikkim..!!

Our group of two families (4 adults and 3 children's) opted for 'Kelly Tours and travels' for the 'Sikkim + Darjeeling' trip and we are happy to say they planned our trip meticulously as per our requirements.....

We had a wonderful time and all of us enjoyed our holidays thoroughly.

The caring staff Dolma & Tom and the most able driver cum guide throughout our trip - Chandra Tamang, ensured that we were well taken care of.

Lachen is magical and Gurudongmar lake a must see destination, however should be recommended only for adults (age >15yrs).
Room heaters worked only for 2 hrs due to limited power supply and small children had to bear the brunt of cold.

Lachung is beutiful and the Yumthang valley is magical and can be recommended even for chidren (age>5yrs)

Tashi point & Tshangu lake were lovely and the snowfall during our visit was icing on the cake. We missed Nathula as the weather did not permit us beyond the lake.

The beautiful cottages of 108 Retreat with the view were the highlight of Pelling and we all wished to extend the stay or revisit if we had an option.

The access to the hotel Central Nirvana is only possible by a 10 min walk, and the property is old, however the view and setup is worth the walk.....
Darjeeling seems to have lost the old world charm and seemed to be overcrowded at times. However the Batasia loop, Toy train, Cable car and Padmaja Naidu Zoological park enchanted us all

Mirik was lovely with tea gardens and serene lake, Hotel Jagjit is the best hotel you can get in Mirik with all the required basic modern amenities

Suggestions :
" Since this trip involves a lot of travel through mountains with unpredictable road conditions…..
Ensure that the vehicle provided has all front facing seats. Side facing back seats is a big NO for such kind of trip."

Good tarpaulin sheet which protects the overhead carrier luggage from unpredictable and yet regular rains is a must.

It was a splendid trip of Sikkim and Darjelling with the help of Kelly Tours and Travels. Appreciate the customised plans by Dolma as per our requirements without making any false commitments. The stays provided by them are just awesome be it Retreat 108 in Pelling, Barfung in Ravangla or Jagjeet in Mirik. I think one can rely on them without giving a second thought.
A special token of thanks and appreciation to our driver Umang without whom this trip couldn't have been possible and Thanks Dolma for providing us with the best of services.
