What's Good: Communication and follow up is good.
Budget hotels and delux rooms are too lower grade.
Hotels exists at outskiets of lower budget.
They compromise to offer you the low quality rooms or facility and food at the cost of their profit margin. The profit margin remains intact. They will try to convince you that, the quote for the trip was less.
What's Not Good: Hotel/ room accommodation and the food quality given by the hoteliers.

What's Good: Beautiful scenery, greenary, nature enroute, monasteries, crystal white glaciers, fresh snowfall, mesmerizing rivers and water falls
What's Not Good: Driver was non-stop talking his business on mobile while driving thus risking lives of tourists, he was running travel business on mobile, was more business oriented than customer, unapologetic, non polite, skipped spots. Tent given at Chandratal camp was in dilapidated worn out condition leaking cold gusty winds, needed to be changed. Bus booked by Joyful was cheap standard, in very bad condition, not cleaned from inside outside, it's seats were dirty and blackish and unhygienic. We had to book better bus at last minute. Owner unresponsive. Overall less value for money.

What's Good: It was a pleasant trip. Iternery designed by ms khurana of joyful journey was really good and properly arranged so as to cover all the important places thanks to ms khurana

What's Good: Jai maa in hotel in katra was very good in service and ambience. Looked like a perfect hotel.
What's Not Good: 1.House boat stay was below average with food and ambience. They didn't respond well also.
2. Star of Kashmir hotel was almost eight kms from dal Lake area. Which was a major concern.
3. Home 2 hotel in pahalgam was again 6-7 kms away from main market place.
Big disappointment.
4. Concernd person of joy full journey was also not lifting the call and not responded to WhatsApp. Felt very bad and unprofessional. Would never recommend services again to anyone.

I took the cab service from Joyful and it was nice experience. The cab was available for airport pickup once we landed and the driver was very helpful during our trip in Goa.

We went on a trip to Kerala through Joyful Journey. We had a hassle free trip from Day 1. The driver was always on time for pick up and he was very patient, calm and knowledgable. He took us to all the places as planned and was very friendly. He hotels booked during the trip were very good and clean. Overall we had an awesome experience in Kerala and highly recommend Joyful Journey for a good travel experience.

Our tour with Joyful Journey was not as joyful as expected. Our tour driver was concentrating more on his travel business on his mobile while driving; impolite and missed many locations enroute as he was not customer friendly. Hotels were good but the tent given at Chandratal was dilapidated needed to be changed at last minute. Volvo bus to Delhi was of cheapest quality and in such an unhygienic, dirty condition that we had to book another volvo bus at last minute at our own. Tour agent was unapoligic. Our overall experience with tour agent was unsatisfactory.

It was a good trip... Our driver was great bt our stay in nainital nd bhimtal was not that good overall the trip was smooth

The most unpleasant experience we had while traveling, bad managed hotels especially in Manali(Nirmal Chaya) we had to search for another hotel at 10 PM , most inhumane and misbehaveing driver (Gourav) stopped the car in middle of a highway and refused to drive us back home just because we asked him to switch on the AC. Travel coordinator - Lavisha was a great support though
