Useless Unprofessional Firm

Highly unprofessional firm. Had to cancel my holiday as they are not aware about the current affairs of the embassy. I was short on time and had to get 2 visas. I was poorly advised by them to apply for the more difficult visa first as they were confident that they can get me the other visa in-spite of lack of time. Unfortunately, i trusted their experience and ultimately ended up going nowhere.
I had to withdraw my passport from an embassy also in this process, which i went and did on my own with the help of the people at the VFS with absolutely no support from thus useless agency.
