The arrangement was good. Driver promptly picked us from railway station early morning and dropped us in the hotel. He was very courteous and guided us correctly.
Even though we could not complete the trip fully because of my wife,s unexpected illness the overall arrangements was good, The owner himself looked into all arrangements personally, came to our hotel to greet us and help us to return back safely.
Overall Excellent.
I will certainly recommend them to my near and dear.

Bhutan is a mountainous country beautiful and serene. The trip arranged through Jaipur Royals was very comfortable. Hotel, food arrangement, guide , sight seeing transport all were very good. This trip was from 24th April to 01 May 2017. The highlight of the trip was the memorable hike to Tiger’s Nest Temple. We went from Mumbai to Bagdogra. From Bagdogra by Road to Phuentsholing ,and then next day to Thimpu, which was a very scenic drive. Our driver Prakash, whom we addressed as Prakash Pilot made all the ride very smooth, Our guide Bishnu was very well informed about the traditions and mythological events. The largest sitting Buddha statue at Kuensel Podrang gave an awesome view of Thimpu valley, Thimpu to Phunaka drive was beautiful, on the way we stopped at Dochu-La-Pass to view the great Himalayan range, visited the unique “The Temple of Fertility” built by Lama Drukpa Kuenley. From Punaka we went to Paro, visited the National Museum, 17th century Paro Dzong (Fortress) walking through the oldest wooden bridge still in use. We hiked to The Tiger’s Nest Temple, the most revered temple in the country that literally hangs on a granite cliff overlooking the Paro valley at 900m above the valley floor. The entire trip was exciting, comfortable and lovely.

The trip was awesome and my family had a wonderful time. Our tour started from Jaipur and had to end in Jodhpur. We spent 5N/6D touring Rajasthan specifically Marwar region with a chauffeur named Mukesh who had a very good knowledge of the places which we have visited. I really appreciate him for putting the car clean daily as my 2 year old son was littering the car with chudwas and other savories. I have received a special attention from Ajay(Owner) in planning my trip as he was aware that I am carrying a kid with me and whole lot of luggage. Hotels booked as part of package where all upgraded to Deluxe suites on receiving at respective receptions. Special mention to Chirag Hotel in Bikaner for its class reception and neat and tidy rooms. We also had a great time in Jaisalmer desert under Swiss tent. Impeccable service provided by the Swiss tent management at such a remote place that too in the middle of a desert. Now, I would also post a suggestion/improvement which the JRD people can work on with hotels. Though there are no problems faced particularly with service provided in Hotels but there is a chance they could improve their menu for breakfast which is generally provided as a complimentary along with the package. All of the hotels except Bikaner provided confined menu which was Poha, Puri Bhajya and Bread Omlet. Lastly for Ajay, do not loose your chauffeurs at any cost as they are your assets for your company and thanks for repeatedly getting in touch with me on my tour in accordance to maintain my comfort level.
