We are from Canada and have used J M Mehta travel for our customized 3-week tour of North India in December 2017. This was my wife’s and children’s first trip to India and I wanted to ensure that everything went well. Mrs. Tuersey Miranda of J M Mehta did a fantastic job in planning and organizing our trip. She was very prompt and diligent in her responses. She answered every query meticulously and always ready to help. She was always available even with the 10.5 hour of time difference between Canada and India. She even responded immediately to a text message sent late at night when we had an issue at one of the hotels during my trip. The driver she organized- Sumer Singh was very courteous, respectful and very helpful. I am extremely pleased with the great service provided and will use them in future. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a great travel experience in India.
