What's Good: Thel accommodation and transport was very well arranged. Jyotsna is really good at her job and was very quick to make all the bookings. Infact ours was a very last minute booking, but she managed to get us going..No other agent would have got this done so quick am sure. Also you can reach her any time of the day. Anytime she was ready with the details I asked.
What's Not Good: We only expected the local team in Singapore to be more active.

Trip was planned, executed and managed very well.
City Tour was little boring please inform before hand what all is included in it and keep it open for changes.
Out of 5 - 6 spots only 2 (Big Buddha and Wat Chalong were worth spending time)

One can opt for Chillva Market, Old Phuket Town Tour and Market, Simon Cabaret

3. Iteration also done as per customer requirements which is not feasible with other organisations.

We booked Dubai tour package for nine days for four family members. Competitive price charged. Hotel location and amenities nice. No cheating or any misguiding. But local driver sometimes create problem in untimely Pic up and drop at Hotel. Overall we enjoyed tour

It's quite good but I there are some improvement that need to done but it was a good experience to us keep it up.

Very unprofessional, Jyotsana is not having tour managing skills. No proper planning, out of 4 days 2 days was nothing planned,very poor coordination.

We booked a girls trip to pondicherry. The service was awesome and we got a complete customised package and Mr Dushyant was always available on calls.

Company did everything alright in India HOWEVER, their point man / org. was not good or helpful in Dubai.

I have booked my hotel package through JD travels for Dubai and they made my stay at Atlantis the palm hassle free. Their agents were on time and timely followed us through out our stay and for other activities so we can enjoy our trip.
