We booked indo tours and travels for our family trip to Kashmir. We talked to Shaan and although he was really good to talk to, was pretty flexible with the payment, our experience in hotels was terrible. And since he wasn’t in Kashmir, there was little he could do about it. We visited in the last week of December and it was very cold and the hotels were not centrally heated as he had claimed before. The driver he gave us was really helpful and the trip was planned well but the whole hotel fiasco toned down our enthusiasm a bit. Would definitely not choose him for next time.

You guys didn’t Follow the Hotels/houseboat check-in and checkout policy.
You Guys do not follow the Company Payments policy.
You guys smoke in the houseboat. (You cannot smoke in the houseboat room as per the houseboat policy.)
I support you to check in the houseboat first day at 9 AM and provided you Gas heater. The houseboat check time is 2 pm (You didn’t mention this in your feedback)
Clearly mentioned in the itinerary which hotels are central heated and which are not and we informed you also. We provided you with the same property that is mentioned in your itinerary.
Your Budget was Too low still I offer you the best property.
Shangloo houseboat with Gas Heaters 1nights
Shelter heritage with Gas heaters for 2 nights
Queen park Pahalgam Fully Central heated for 2 nights (You didn’t mention in your feedback)
And at the last, you told me that you don’t want to recheck in Shelter heritage.
We provided you with Asian Park 4-star property in Srinagar. (You didn’t mention this in your feedback)
