TERRIBLE AGENCY. We were deeply disappointed with the service offered by the company, for several reasons. We first booked a safari in Jhalana and less than 24 hours before we were told that they “forgot” to book and offered us a “free” safari in a tiny and terrible area near the park, with several bad reviews on the internet. told us that there was no vacancy for the safari on the day and we managed on our own to book with another company for the same date, that is, it was a lie. We were already very irritated by this situation and we expected that Safari in Rathambore would be different, but it was much worse. From start to finish, literally. We come from the other side of the world to see tigers, and we don't pay cheaply for it. We booked SIX safaris and Sharad managed to make one of the worst selections possible, to the point where the guides were shocked. The best zones are 2, 3 and 4 and none of them was chosen, and zone 6 was chosen twice, bad for sighting tigers, and zone 10. It should be noted that these three safaris took place in the morning, the best time. that is, we stopped going to areas where we would have a high chance of seeing tigers and went to horrible and very distant areas, taking 1 and a half hours more of travel in the day to not see anything. we were deprived of the possibility to see the tigers and that was Sharad's responsibility, who apparently doesn't understand anything about the region or safari. And it is understood that he acted without any transparency in order to spend less by reserving bad areas. the guides were mostly lousy too, offering poor service and talking about tipping mid-safari. I've done several safaris around the world and I've never felt as frustrated as I am now. A big waste of time and money. I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!

It was an amazing experience with Sharad. Absolutely gorgeous. One of my best trips of my life- Ranthambore Safari. Looking forward to having more trips with you.

Sharad did the worst service I've ever done with a travel agency, I recommend not booking any tour with this company, at all times he showed a lack of interest in customer satisfaction, sloppiness and lack of transparency... 1- we had booked 2 months before with him a safari in jhalana (jaipur) and 6 safari in ranthambore... Upon arriving in jaipur he informed us that he had forgotten to schedule the safari in jhalana that he had no more vacancies and that he offered another one "free" safari, however the place offered has a rating of 2.5 and known for scamming extra fees on tourists, so he already in the first service proved not to be a reliable person... and we managed to book the jhalana he spoke about that there was no vacancy with another company. 2- unfortunately we had already booked the ranthambore with this company and the service was horrible, and it only got worse, he only mentioned the areas we would go to after much insistence on the day of the first safari, he never mentioned or spoke of possibilities... 3- he chose the sequence morning and afternoon on each day, zone 10 and 5 first day, zone 6 and 1 second day and zone 6 and 5 third day, and these zones are known for less sightings of tigers and lower demand. 4- we tried several times to get in contact with him to request the change of some zones or at least one, which he always said was not possible, although other guides and drivers said it was possible. 5- one of the guides even said that we received a service that deceived us, since no area considered to be the best was selected (2,3,4) and many bad ones were selected (6,6, 10 and more at the best time in the morning) 6 - it was a terrible safari experience, I've done safari in several other countries, but he seems to have some scheme to reduce costs and earn more profit that selects any driver and guide available, and many are extremely rude, and not fits no guide what is expected of a private safari. 7- so we booked a theoretically private safari and were treated in the worst possible way, with many rude drivers and guides, who did not even communicate with us and seemed to have no desire to work and in areas considered bad. 8- including zones 6 (2x) and zone 10 were much further from our hotel, which made us lose more than 1 hour of safari in the displacement. 9- What seems to exist is a kind of dishonest system that tries to deceive the customer by offering the cheapest areas and guides available, reducing costs and increasing profit, but greatly harming the quality of the safari. 10- overall result, we paid dearly, wasted time, got angry, had horrible service and saw only 1 tiger in 6 safaris for about 20 seconds, total disappointment, if it was in Brazil I would file a lawsuit against this sharad. 11- to close we left ranthambore by train today and the agreed driver was 15 minutes late which almost made us miss the train to agra. DO NOT book anything with this company!!!!! They don't care about customer service at all and only see you as a way to make money with horrible service.

I've spent 1 night in Ranthambhore and did 3 amazing safaris on 9th and 10th November 2019. Indian Wildlife Adventure was definitely the best choice for me as a foreigner to organize this trip. Everything was perfect and scheduled perfectly, from train transport from Delhi to jeep tours in Ranthambhore. Sir was very helpful in every moment of the trip giving me suggestions and caring that everything was going right. Definitely recommended the 6 people shared jeep safari to enjoy at full the experience. I was very lucky, 3 safaris and 3 tigers in zones 1 and 3... AMAZING

This is the third time that I have used Sharad to organise a trip in India for me and I can honestly say that his service just gets better and better. From meeting me as I landed in Amritsar to staying in constant touch with me throughout the trip to again meeting me Delhi - nothing was too much for Sharad in terms of providing a service. He even reassured us about the situation in Kashmir and explained everything in detail about what was happening. He gave so much great advice prior to the trip about our itinerary and was constantly in touch to ensure that he was booking the right level of hotel and that his plan met our requirements. After we landed in India; the trip was absolutely trouble free and we were able to travel across northern India seeing what we wanted without any issues. Each hotel was expecting us, the drivers he organised were ready and waiting for us whenever we needed and all airport/hotel transfers were perfect. We didn't have to worry or be concerned about anything. The drivers were particularly good and really made the trip. They even acted as guides for us. In summary I will be using Sharad again. He has organised 3 trips for me all over northern India to absolute perfection. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sharad to anybody. His company will remove all the worry you have around a trip to India and ensure that you will enjoy it to the max! Well done and thank you again Sharad.

Sharad did a great job of guiding us and preparing us for the Grand Experience...Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar was a awesome experience

Did Damdama Lake trek. Everything was arranged by them. Very nice trek and very well organised
