We got very worst experience with Holiday along. It is not recommended to plan any tour with Holiday along. During our tour we got stuck in each and every hotel and transport as the company had not done their payments instead we paid 100 % amount before the trip plan. No any hotel was good. At Gangtok, we got the worst hotel room. For transport also, every time the drivers told us that they had not received the money so they can't proceed further. It was a very worst experience with HolidayAlong . We got panic in our pleasurable time.

We are writing to express our deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the extremely poor experience we had during our recent trip booked through Holiday Along. Despite paying 100% of the amount in advance, we faced multiple serious issues throughout the journey, which not only ruined our holiday but also caused us unnecessary mental stress and financial burden. Major issues faced: 1. Unpaid Hotels: At several locations, including Gangtok, the hotels informed us at checkout that no payment had been made by your agency, and we were continuously harassed by hotel staff to clear dues. We were left embarrassed and helpless in front of hotel management. 2. Vehicle & Driver Issues: On the very first day, the driver refused to start the trip as he hadn’t received the payment. This set the tone for the entire trip, filled with uncertainty and anxiety. 3. Continuous Payment Panic: Every day, we were in a panic situation, not knowing whether the hotels or driver had been paid. We had to constantly follow up with Mr. Jugal Sharma, who kept saying, “Will do, will do later,” but never acted on time. 4. Final Day – Abandonment: On the last day, the driver refused to drop us at the airport, saying he hadn’t been paid. We were stranded on the road with our luggage. Ultimately, my husband had to pay the driver himself just to ensure we reached the airport. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. We demand: Immediate refund of the amount paid by us to the driver on the last day.

Amazing tour organised by Holiday Along..all hotels were excellent and driver was very nice person there was some issue with the vehicle which was rectified within time.. Thanks for your kind cooperation and sorry from my side for the abuse language used by me without knowing... In future I will want to go with Holidays Along for vacations Thanks a lot ???

Booked Vietnam trip from Jugal last year during Holi, paid him all the money (Nearly 10L). He didn't booked our internal tickets and we got to know one day before our scheduled flight. So booked those 2 internal flights on our own expense. He also not paid any money to Vietnam agencies for my trip so they threatened my group throughout the tour. Eventually Jugal asked me only to pay their money. So total I spend extra 1.9L because of Jugal's mistakes. From last 1 year I am struggling to get my money back. Till now I got only 75k. For that i begged, called thousand times. My group already added reviews about Jugal and he asked us to remove those else he won't return money. Now he not even pick up my calls. Completely fraud person. Don't do any booking from him
