Aanchal planned a very nice trip for us to Singapore with Cruise. The sequence of days was planned well. Choice of hotel was very good. We covered all the relevant places of our interest plus had time to ourselves to explore the place and relax. All vehicles were neat and clean. Already looking forward for the next trip to be planned by Holiday Dreams. :)

The whole trip was managed in very organized way from booking of the hotels to pick and drop services from to and fro to airport and to nearby places to visit.They arranged everything to your requirement and the cost of the tour is also very genuine. Thanks to the entire team.

Had a wonderful time with my family in Kerala. Thank you Jeevanjot Kaur and Mr Salim ( our driver ) for the memorable trip., Was rather sceptical bout engaging Holiday Dream at first. No regrets now. The provided car was good and was kept clean at all times. I must say i was quite upset on my second last day stay. Mr.Salim picked us up from Kumarakom and told me that once we reach Cochin his itinerary was just to drop us off at the hotel. I was rather taken aback as i booked the transport throughout our stay there. So, i told him that it will be very difficult to get about without our transport as we wanted to go Lulu Mall and the Marine Park. Don't blame him., coz.. he showed me the itinerary., but nevertheless he agreed to take us after my reasoning. ..
its just that we felt like we were taking advantage of him. .. so we cancelled the Marine Park. Would have been comfortable if he was well informed of our arrangements.

Otherwise, our Kerala trip was a pleasant one. Thank you.

I would like to thank Holiday Dream namely Jeevan and her team for a superb wonderful 30 days full of beautiful memories.They were with me at every stage of my travel and being a solo traveller this put my mind at ease knowing someone is always looking out for me. There were a lot of gaps in what was promised and what was delivered.

Travel is nothing but an experience that is made memorable through the services enjoyed and any compromise there diminished its value. And that is exactly where this agent could not match up.

To start with we were provided a very old and dilapidated vehicle with no carrier on top, the rain water seeping in the car, the aircon not functioning, no audio video in the vehicle and when raised we were told that this is a 2015 model and best that North India has to offer!

Then the driver who though very humble in nature was not aware of our trip itinerary! He did not even know which hotels we were to stay at and asked us throughout the trip for instructions! We came to understand that another driver was supposed to accompany us but at last minute the drivers got interchanged without ensuring the new driver was briefed! Again when highlighted the finger pointing happened with this agent blaming the transport services provider rather than taking the responsibility onto themselves!! We had booked our trip with the agent without knowing or delving into who the service providers were, so this left a very bad taste on us.

Moreover, we would like to highlight that a driver is merely a person who can take you from point A to B but as tourists to make the whole experience enriching a tourist guide is A MUST who will explain the history and culture of every place visited. Our agent didn't even propose or recommend any guide to us. We were sort of left on our own.

In one of the excursions (para gliding), we were put on to unlicensed service providers who failed to adhere to basics of safety putting us in great risks to life. There were no indemnity processes and safety regulations being followed.

We believe that an agent's primary responsibility is to ensure that the guests are treated as royally as possible and this was unfortunately not the case. Though to give the benefit of the doubt, the agent tried utmost to attend to queries whenever called. We would rather blame the lack of regulations in India.

A word of caution to anyone booking trips to India - Please ensure to ask for all legal documents and licenses from ALL service providers to ensure that you are not being short changed rather than relying blindly upon the agent.

Hotel RAJAT at SHIMLA was a bad idea!
the plan for Shimla was very very ordinary!
The Car did not have AC!
The driver was not at all briefed about our specific itinerary.
The hotel with Breakfast at Manali was a bad idea, as we did not have even one breakfast in those three days!
I paid Rs. 700 more than the bill by mistake, and there is no revert on it!
Following up on the payment so many times, actually, has spoiled our holiday!

It was beautifully planned and the selection of hotels were perfect except hotel Asian park at Srinagar...Param was really helpful at every point during trip with guidance and support
