Himalayan Voyages (A Unit Of Aura Voyages Pvt. Ltd.)

Aura Voyages is too professional to be ethically correct. Still I believe you won't be disappointed if you follow their offered itinerary 100% but the moment you have your say included in the itinerary, you must be very very careful as it becomes 100% your responsibility although they are paying directly to even your chosen services at destination end. In ours it happened in hotel case which they presented as more expensive hotel which was even below par their own suggested hotel and we were not allowed to even complain - cannot to hotel as we didn't pay them directly nor to tour operator as their reply was hotel chosen by us which we admitted but why overpaid to hotel as being in industry for over 2 decades, Aura Voyages must know how to negotiate charges accordingly irrespecting of just paying what a hotel quotes to them only because it was customer's choice (and who knows only we were charged extra). But as per itinerary we cannot question as we were provided what was on paper but a trip experience goes beyond itinerary as well. Anyway bad experience also teaches good things so lesson learnt for which we thanked Aura Voyages.

Virender, did a great job in booking of our Mussorie , Haridwar and Rishikesh Trip. He is a good listener, straightforward and presented us with options. He is hard working and measures customer service with follow up.

The trip was organised in a very well manner and I found everything was in line. Himalayan voyages shown the spiti and Shimla in a different angle and really it was a very cimfortable adventure and holiday trip. My special Thanks to Mr.Virender of Himalayan voyages

I was a really good 3 days experience to traveling with Himalayan Voyages, I was with my family and we were 1 day and a half on New Delhi and 1 day and a half in AGRA, the vehicle that we use on this tour was big enough and very comfortable, the driver and the guy that helped to the driver are really gentle people they, one of the best experience was the guide who was an spanish guide and since we are Mexican we never thought that he will be able enough to talk as good the spanish, all the explanation was clear and understandable the hotel where we stayed in AGRA was really good. All the tour was an excellent experience I highly recommend Himalayan Voyages

It was a wonderful trip of 5 days with Himalayan Voyages. We visited Agra,Jaipur and New Delhi. We were 6 peoples, they took care of us very well, everything went as per planned. They already shared the trip plan and details with us in advance and all went as per the planned. The hotels we stayed were excellent and with great ambiance and continental food. The vehicle booked for the tour was very comfortable. The Driver and Guide were very humble and helpful with us throughout the tour. I really liked the tour with Himalayan Voyages. They are very reliable and professional at work and with all the services provided through out the tour.

Himalayan voyages had managed the entire trip well the approach from the point of sharing quote to arranging it was very professional .since it was a road trip from delhi the driver assigned was also good ; he was amicable courteous and polite .. only thing were Himalayan lost a star was that the driver was not that cognizant with Amritsar and couldn't guide us much in exploring Amritsar ..
