Recently we had booked Lachung trip but due to weather condition the trip got canceled. First thought they won't return money but just after first request for refund they refunded 100%. I was surprised to see their honesty. I am thankful to them. Any future plan for Sikkim and Darjieeling i will go to them for sure. THANKS.

Had a very bad experience with this travel agency, I wish I could give negative stars as rating. As part of our itinerary We were supposed to travel to lachung couple of days before we got to know that lachung was closed. We did not get any refund for the closed destination or so, when asked about the booking they made, they denied to provide any information on the same. They took additional money from us and diverted us to pelling. Throughout the itinerary according to their quotation they were supposed to provide us with xylo/Innova for travelling. But, they provided us with Waganor. Also, we payed complete amount for pelling stay in advance to the agency, during checkout the hotel staff mentioned they did not recieve any payment from the agency and did not allow us to checkout until the payment is done. Travel agency switched off their phone and we were not able to contact them. We went to the police station to complain against the travel agency. We spent half a day in police station as part of the itinerary. Also they did collect GST amount from us but did not provide any GST bill to us even after continuosly asking them for it throughout the trip. My advice to people reaching out to this travel agency is, Please go with a trusted travel agency even if the package price is little more. Or if you do want to waste your money and have worst experience choose this one.

Our 7 night Sikkim and dargling trip was smooth and perfect, we got the best hotels to stay at very reasonable package , car & driver , the ittenery everything was perfect..i would like to thank mr dipankar for your time and efforts for marking our holiday memorable...

The tour was very well organised. The organiser catered our every need, paid attention to our requirements and guided for everday activities . Also it was very affordable.
