Worst Travel Agency I have travelled with.
I went to Leh Ladakh with this agency's package.
There were no prior booking of Hotel, Vehicles.
The owner told us 1 Day before journey that Tempo Traveller won't be available.
We made booking with him 1.5 months in advance.
We had to roam for 6 hours to find our hotel, which was not even booked,
Hotel manager told us no bookings were made in our name.
This happened in Pangong. There only BSNL postpaid connection works that too only at at select places. So we had search for network at places just to get in contact with the operator to get the hotel confirmation.
At the time of booking, the operator was telling us to confirm in 10 mins otherwise no hotel will we vacant. But at reaching hotel we found there were no bookings and infront of us they cancel other person name and entered our name
Very very unprofessional behaviour by agency.
Please avoid them and save your Money, Effort, Time.
