Wow! We really can't say enough great things about our experience with Annie, Libin and Friendly Tours n Travels. From the first interaction by whatsapp from Malta then over the telephone, they took everything into account of what we had hoped to explore in Kerala. Helping us stay within budget while also finding the best hotels, made a huge impact on our trip. Annie and Libin greeted us in person at the airport to introduce us to our driver, and were constantly in touch during our travels to ensure we didn't have any questions or needs along the way. We came wanting to meet some friends of ours, so they worked that into the plan. When we had one or two issues with a hotel or something, they were right on it sorting things out. They arranged for us to have a great driver for the 13 days (you live with these guys so it makes a big difference!) Jaffer was the best driver we had during our total of 5 weeks in India. It was an awesome tour to Kerela... We were four members and stayed there for 4days/3nights. We totally enjoyed our trip as we visited Munnar, Alleppey Houseboat cruise & Kochi. arranged everything so perfectly as we had customized it according to our needs and the travel from one place to another was very comfortable as we were given AC Innova cab. The favorite part of the journey was backwaters houseboat cruising. The food and hospitality was good we recommend our Friends and Family for Friendly Tours N Travels .
