Fox Kandy by Fox Resorts is located in a beautiful, peaceful area with great views. The staff were friendly and provided really good customer service throughout our stay. The room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, definitely one of the highlights of our visit. The food was good overall, though there was limited variety. Some dishes, especially the seafood in the set menu, were not very tasty. It would also be better if beverages were included in the set menu instead of having to purchase them separately. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great hospitality and comfortable rooms. With a few improvements to the dining experience, this place could easily be a 5-star stay.

I stayed at Fox Kandy for the weekend and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful with lovely landscaping, and the pool overlooking the mountains was a highlight, the view combined with the cool breeze made it so relaxing. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had a great view as well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special mention to Mr. Ravindra from Housekeeping and Restaurant, who genuinely asked for our suggestions to improve. Nalaka at the front office was extremely kind and even helped us with last-minute requirements without hesitation. Lakmal, our room boy, was also very helpful and polite throughout our stay. The food exceeded expectations, both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. What impressed us most was the variety; we found several unique items that you don’t usually see in regular buffets, and it was such a delight to try them. Overall, Fox Kandy offers a perfect blend of comfort, good food, and warm hospitality. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Kandy.

We stayed as a family with our kid in the King Suite and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff, Mr Ravindra, Mr Lakmal, Mr Dilshan have kept everything spotless, including the hotel, roompoollinen and restaurant. The food was tasty and the staff at both the front desk, Mr Umesh and restaurant were excellent. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Definitely a place we would recommend to families.

Our stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. Located at the highest point of the city, it offers a dreamlike setting with rooms that provide breathtaking views. The serene pool and the presence of thoughtful, respectful guests added to the overall sense of comfort and exclusivity. The highlight of our experience was the restaurant. Not only were the dishes exceptional, but the discipline and professionalism in the service and presentation were of the highest standard. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire reservation team, the dedicated gardener, and the excellent service staff — Ravindra, Yashan, Lakamal, and Diush. Bit hard to reach because of narrow road via mountains. But once we are reach the hotel so beautiful with amazing view. Fresh air, very greenery, calm and peaceful with warm Sri Lankan hospitality.
