Terrible service! Despite prepaying in full, we encountered dirty, stinky hotels, unhygienic food, and rude, unprofessional drivers. They treated us more like baggage than human beings. Their boss was never reachable when problems arose. Many promised attractions in our itinerary were omitted due to the driver's excuses, even though we allowed him to take offs when he claimed to be unwell (which turned out to be false). They even cancelled our hotel reservation without informing us, forcing us into questionable lodgings against our wishes. On our way back to Delhi, the driver didn’t allow us to have lunch as he wanted to drop us off ASAP, but he kept us waiting for 45 minutes as he had his breakfast. I’d never recommend FlyVigo to anyone. These unprofessional people had almost ruined our trip.
