Professional, courteous, helpful and perfect! After few searches with different vendors and travel services, I chose Fly Goldfinch for my trip to the Maldives. I must say my decision was not wrong. They are very professional and will recommend them to everyone. Subham Jain who took care of my needs was brilliant. I had to make some date changes due to family emergencies and he handled it with the resorts effortlessly. I am back from the trip and it was really good in every aspect.

Shivani did a great customization job for our anniversary trip to Sri Lanka. She handled everything like the hotel reservations, chauffeur, payments, visa, she got us best deals, and the 7 day trip went exactly as we planned without any sort of hiccups. There was one incident where I had to call Shivani related to hotel payment clarification from Colombo, she resolved it within few minutes in the backend. We got the chance to visit Turkey and we contacted Flygoldfinch to curate our itinerary. A special mention to Nidhi who not only had created an 8 days itinerary for us but also she made it sure that it should be under our budget. Also like to mention Megha who helped us with our Visa process. She was constantly following up with us and she made sure that we submit the correct documents. We got our visa in just 4 business days. Just one day before our departure, we had given a detailed information about our trip. My Husband and I would like to thank Fly Goldfinch for providing us hassle free, seamless services with no downtime. The team helped us tailor Turkey trip (9N 10 days) basis our budget and in accordance with our feasibility. The team was available to help ur with our doubts / query throughout our trip even at times when they were off the office hours. Transfer / Transport: • Reliable and punctual • Neat and luxurious cars • Drivers were courteous and supportive Hotels • On time check-in however in Cappadocia we had to wait for 3 hours to check-in since the hotel’s check-in time was 2 PM while we reached at 11:00 AM. But this did not impact us as there were places in and around the hotel to explore during the waiting hours • Beautiful views from rooms in cities like Kusadasi, Antalya, and Cappadocia. The hotel in Istanbul was only a 2-minute walk from istiklal Street, which reduced the amount of time we had to travel to popular tourist attractions Activities • The pre-paid entry tickets to some of the tourist attraction were sent over WhatsApp well in advance of the event with the appropriate time notification (about pickup). This helped us skip the long queues • No wait time for activities like Bosphorus cruise, hot air balloon etc. Overall, me and my husband were very much satisfied with the services • We drove in Turkey, and the car rental experience (Avis) was quick and easy Cons: The room at Istanbul was small with very little space for us to store our luggage and it was also right in front of cafes and pubs, making it difficult to sleep at night due to loud music. I wish this was communicated to us before
